“A variety of things to choose from with really competitive prices. There were some random brands which aren’t usually easy to find, like Milka! Also the prices are sometimes cheaper than what you might find at Stop and Shop. The sandwich I ordered was good and the ingredients were high quality. Even better, it’s just around the corner.”
“Really great family owned business. My one only problem that is kinda annnoying is that they don’t stick to the hours posted on google or on their doors. The shop is about 30 mins from me and I feel bad having to call to see if they’re open before I leave. I’ve just shown up to a closed vape shop with no vape annd they’re just closed. That’s my only issue I’ve had. Everyone I have encountered working there has been very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! I’m picky about what I like, so much so I usually leave shops empty handed, they helped me find my new favorite thing! Usually other shops don’t know much about their product selection but they did and what they really weren’t sure about they were honest but did their best (which I LOVE!). They also use the fivestar app, when you’re there you put your number in and you can get coupons. I went back today to get two more and let them know how much I loved my past purchase and that I will be coming to them exclusively from now own. Their selection really is amazing, for everything they offer. If anyone asks which smoke shop to go to, this is where I recommend. They don’t carry “heady” glass, but they do have a huge selection of glass accessories and other glassware as well. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop.”
“Love the renovations but if the staff is going to be so militant about enforcing the 10 items exactly or less self checkout, they really need to ensure there are more cashiers available. The last bunch of visits, they never had more than 1 cashier on even when they had long lines. Managers should be more on top of that.”
“Vuse Alto galore! I buy my pods by the carton (5-pack). And now Vuse makes a 6-pod pack (I get a carton) which is a little less than buying it by the 4-pod pack, but last time I bought one they only had one of those cartons and I think they only come in 5%, which is what I get. In fact, I have to drive from Southwick, MA to Granby, CT (maybe 10 miles) just to get 5% as MA only allows a max of 2.4% and the Vuse website won’t even sell to people in MA.”

“On my quest to find a nice liquor store in Windsor, this has won the prize thus far. The man greeted me when I walked in, told me to just put my stuff on the counter, got me a box, and asked if I needed help. It's small and a little crammed but service with a smile wins out in Windsor right now. The other few stores I went to were horrible - no service and unpleasant employees.”

“This really is a five-star place and I would give it five stars if every time I went in there we didn't end up purchasing 20 something dollars of wine. It's just too good to place with well-stocked wine shelves to make you spend your money. Don't get me wrong you get what you pay for but you're better off not ever knowing that there's such good stuff that cost so much.”

“This is my favorite place in the world to go for anything smoke or Vape related. They also sell kratom which is nice. The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful whenever I am in there. I go there often so I know them by now and they are very customer-oriented. If you want something specific they’ll put in an order for it. The prices are on point with other vape shops, if not lower than most. In addition, the hours are great. They are always open until 10 PM. I appreciate their kindness and helpful nature whenever I’m there. They let me take my time and answer any questions I have. I called them every day for almost two weeks asking if they got a new shipment and they put up with me the whole time. They always answer the phone even if it rings 20 times. Someone will always pick up. They are extremely reliable.Lastly, I left my wallet there a couple of weeks ago and they kept it for me completely untouched for two days. When I called to ask about it they immediately said they had it and that it was stored somewhere safe and secure. When I went to pick it up the employee asked me to show my ID in order to verify my identity, which I also really appreciated. All in all, I highly recommend this shop for any of your smoke and vape needs. They have a wide variety of items and really let customers take their time to look without intruding. They have a lot of patience with all customers (and I’ve seen some terrible customers in there). I ask questions that they probably don’t know the answer to but they try their best to give me one. I will always go there for as long as I live in West Hartford.The one thing that’s frustrating about the shop is the location, which is on Farmington Avenue in an area where there’s always a lot of traffic. There’s also another vape shop right down the road that I accidentally stopped at a few times before I got used to it. That shop has a blue sign well this one has a green sign.Finally, the parking lot is very small and busy. There’s always a lot of action going on when I’m there as there are a few businesses that seem to have a lot of customers on a usual basis. Especially the market that is located right next to the shop. Everyone is driving like crazy around that area because it’s close to Hartford, so be aware of your surroundings when driving because cars are moving quickly in and out of spaces and again the parking is tight. It’s very easy to miss the shop if you don’t pay attention.All in all this place is my number one go to and currently one of my favorite businesses to interact with because they are so understanding and so accessible due to their hours, and the items that are available. They run a good business and are very polite to all of their customers. I don’t think I’ve ever gone there at a time when other people weren’t also there or didn’t come in while I was there. It’s clearly a popular place that many people go to on a regular basis. They are trustworthy, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
