Why doesn't this location have a self service kiosk? 40 minute wait every single time....I have to get a receipt since my packages disappear regularly.

Went there on January 17th 2026 around 12pm and ask for assistance for helping send a package and the response from the lady was “ what I am suppose to do about that?” Never asked the lady to package up the item, just asked for simple guidance for the process. It’s my first time doing it and I get an attitude response...

Takes forever. Always swarmed with people and only one worker every time. slow customer service always. Needs to be a quicker method. I come here a few times a week and it takes 30 minutes just to get a label for my package.
