I absolutely love this car wash! The customer service is fire 🔥 — everyone here is super friendly, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to make sure your car looks amazing. My ride always comes out spotless and shining like new. Definitely my favorite car wash — highly recommend! 💯🚗✨

Paid to wash my car only. After washing my car was about to vacuum, only to see this big white guy with his bad attitude telling me vacuum is for members only after spend my money with y’all.

0 stars. Paid for a VIP wash. Spilled coffee in my car the day before. They did not clean it and said the VIP was only covers dust. $40 and still have to wipe the inside of my car is unacceptable. Will never return.

Waste of time and a complete rip off. Got the highest level car wash/clean - charged me an extra $9 because of the dog hair and then DID NOT ADDRESS THE DOG HAIR. Horrible vacuuming job, did not clean the door jams. Have gone here for years and it gets worse and worse (and more expensive) each time. Will not be going here again.

Sad to say this vip car wash SUCKS !!! Don’t do reviews but had to. Every time I go there, I have to go home and clean my car over . You have to watch that old man. He’s spraying the exterior sprayer on the inside of people cars . They are using grimy rags to clean your rims .Hope they are not using those same rags on people interior. Don’t know who is the manager. They broke my seat controller that lets your seat recline and go forward and back. That’s why I stay in my car. Couldn’t prove it was them.By most of the reviews, they don’t take ownership of their mistakes. Never Ever Ever going back!!!

If you have one of their monthly service plans, they will turn off the majority of their brushes to save resources and supplies. I informed the manager and he gave me untrue excuses. I canceled my plan.

Car not cleaned correctly

Just overall confused as to who’s giving these guys five stars.
Please just try man. I’ve cleaned my car better myself. Wheel and rims doesn’t even care at all. Didn’t even touch the doors, the mats were hardly touched, only semi decent thing was the vacuuming in the backseats but those are fairly clean regardless.
