I just picked up my mercedes c300 that had been sitting for 2 years and it's running beautiful. The service was done in a timely manner and I wasn't over charged it actually came under the initial quote. They explained everything the car needed over the phone and with a very detailed email. “Was there back in 2025 for new tires after my alignment was really bad with worn tires and they were very quick and friendly. Came back for a tire rotation in January 2026 and got excellent service! The rotation was free first time if you have brought tires new/used. Was recommended by my friend and now i too share a great experience. Highly recommend!”
“I couldn’t ask for a better experience for getting an emissions test, it’s CASH only so that was the only minor inconvenience but I think that’s standard across any licensed facility. They quoted me 10 mins on the phone, it might’ve been 8.It’s $20.00 as of the time of this post.”

“I brought my own OEM DENSO Oxygen 02 sensor upstream from AutoZone. After having it installed the light came on after a few hundred miles and the support I had gotten installed for the exhaust. It’s better than before because there wasn’t any but it still makes a slight noise after the new one. I paid $120 for it all which isn’t bad I guess.
Went back, exhaust stopped making noise. Check engine light is on for the EGR and got my tires rotated and balance. Car drives much better! Paid an extra $100 👍”

In the middle of a long drive, we felt a pronounced wobble while driving our Jeep and happened upon Herb’s to get it checked out. So glad we did!
Joe and Maria quickly welcomed us, diagnosed the issue (was a worn tire down to the rim!), delivered a new set of 4 top quality tires, and installed them all within 2 hours. Professional service that included great advice on our vehicle’s issues, and which things needed to be addressed now or later. Joe is a pro!
While waiting in the lobby, Maria visited with our 5 year old daughter and even gifted her a beautiful wind chime before sending us on our way. Check out her shop in the lobby, it’s very cute!
We were so lucky to find Herb’s before our tire blew, and so thankful to everyone at the shop for helping us so quickly! We are safely back on the road and appreciate the expert service in a place we don’t know well.
