We have brought all our cars to Williams Service Center, since 1977. First, to Russ Williams, then his son, Mike (whose wife, Dale, sold us 2 of our cars there), and now Chris and Billy. They are honest, hard-working, courteous, and professional craftsmen, dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Sadly, these are rare qualities these days, which is why their station is always packed with cars - everyone trusts them with their car service needs. I recommend them highly, without reservation.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for years. Chris the owner is always fantastic to work with. He has a true skill for diagnosing problems and fixing them perfectly. If you are having an issue with your vehicle I would highly recommend Chris and his team!

Thank you guys so much for the attention & care into my car! My car had a weird issue they had to diagnose that took several days. They were patient, kept me updated, Chris even drove my car home to see if he could diagnose it. And put gas back into my car, and my car cleaned off after the storm! Outstanding service! Chris and his mechanic Steve are incredible. Brought in for coolant system service, valve adjustment, serpentine belt replacement. Chris explained all the work in detail. Very fair price. Very friendly, straightforward, close attention to detail. Highly recommend this shop.

I have a bmw that needed some work done he charged me 1200 and billy said car was all set the day I go to pick it up car wasn't even acting right and was still having problems. So I don't recommend anyone to this place he screwed me out of money now I gotta dish more money out for a mechanic to do the car the right way.wont go to this business again.wont recommend anyone to this place go elsewhere.

I went there to get my car repaired he didn't fix anything. I had a full tank of gas and when I picked it up it was on empty and he made it my responsibility when he used it up. Then also he got grease on my white seat and when i confronted him about it he said it was like that when I know how my car was when I dropped it off. He charged me 380 and didn't even fix the problem I wouldn't recommend anyone to the business and not talk to William he was very rude and cocky.

My car was misfiring and the team was extremely quick at diagnosing and fixing the issue. They gave gave me a great price and clearly communicated with me throughout the process. One of the best experience I’ve had while dealing with auto repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Awful customer service. Billy refuses to acknowledge his mistakes and pushes things off to his assistants. Face your mistakes like a real man!! Don't be fooled by the 4.8 star rating this place has serious issues.

Very poor customer service. Sells unreliable cars and when there is an issue he tries to avoid fixing them or fixes it improperly. I would avoid this place save yourself money and the pain of dealing with billy.

I must say we drove all the way from Jersey to check out a truck we saw online on a Saturday little over 3hours was greeted at the door. The truck was everything we wanted and then some. test drove it they were on the ball. Worked there magic and we had the truck. Big shout out to Billy, Matt and "Dad" as we called him for going above and beyond to make this an easy process, especially being out of state. I highly recommend buying from them. Just purchased a "new to me" truck from Billy at Williams Service Center. My first impression was also my final impression, and that was a refreshing and positive experience. I was not pressured and didn't feel like traditional sales "tactics" were used on me. Felt no sense of urgency to make a decision the day I was looking. Billy was also able to crush the financing options I had went in with, he secured me better terms and a better rate all with out spamming my credit report with dozens of pulls! All the other guys there seem top notch and very knowledgeable on multiple manufacturers and platforms (they are in fact "car guys") A previous customer came in while I was doing finalizing paperwork (she had a no heat situation with a car she purchased) Billy's team hopped in to action and had her problem figured out immediately, I believe the car was a little low on coolant. I think she was there 10-15 minutes and didn't see her get charged, admittedly I don't know her situation (how long ago she purchased, if she bought warranty, ect.) however she was immediately taken care of.

Purchased a 2012 BMW 135i M Sport with 62k miles about a month ago. Drove about 3 hours from NJ and was well worth the drive. The buying process was smooth and without issue. Wide variety of low inventory, highly sought after vehicles in great condition. Many great cars, great team.
