“That's my favorite Dollar Tree. I'm spoiled with lots of spring gardening items and other things. Didn't find them in other locations across. Love it, will keep going every time I need”
“Honestly my favorite dollar tree to go to. Very organized and the staff are really kind. Everything is well stocked for the most part and easy to find! Always consistently going for art supplies. I'm thankful for those who work there!”
“I would like to give credit to whoever is the store manager to this location. This is
The MOST organized and needless Dollar Tree I have ever been to. Also very pleasant staff. It shows how well the manager runs the store.”
“All I have to say about this particular Dollar General is that it is by far the nicest one that I’ve been to. I was in the area so I decided to stop in for a few things. It was clean, organized, nothing on the floors, no boxes everywhere and you could actually walk around without thinking you may either trip on boxes or have something fall on you. I go to a lot of General Dollars, I have one 5 minutes away from me and another 10 minutes away. I will no longer be going to these stores, only this one. The store manager, Kristen is an absolute delight! Asked how I was doing, talked to me the entire time I was in checkout and wished me a Merry Christmas! This store manager deserves a raise and an award for having the cleanest and neatest store! Outstanding job on her part! I’ll be back!”
“Nice people work here!! There always ready to help the customer, actually when I think of it I've seen this at many Dollar General's! Thank you sales associates in a stressful time its nice to see your kindness!”
“It was really good the vist I had the store is big has alot of stuff I couldn't finish doing my shopping but I'll be back to finish my shopping 😁”
“It was a good store not gonna lie. I just dont like how its a dollar store but nothing really as cheap as a dollar. But was very convenient when i was in desperate need of pepto bismol. So i give it a good rating.”
“Dear Mellisa Garret, I am the Store Manager for the Coventry Dollar General. I am sorry you felt the way you did when coming into our store yesterday. We were dealing with our store inventory. Hence why the store conditions looked poorly due to a team counting all of our inventory. Appreciate the feedback. Have a nice day.”
“I actually came here for the 1st time today. And I am floored by the amazing customer service.. I walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. Upon checkout I was asked if I found everything ok and if I needed a bag (all asked with a smile on the young ladies face) the same individual that greeted me was the same young lady that helped me with checkout her name was Jen... She is exactly the type of employee that more places need. She did her job above and beyond all with a friendly smile. Kudos to Dollar general for finding such an amazing young lady to interact with their customers. I will definitely shop here again based on this one experience alone. And to Jen, thank you for your amazing customer service!”
“Dollar General is one of my favorite places I go to buy snacks I would say they have decently priced snacks and I go here a lot sometimes 3 times a week.would recommend to others”
“Always so clean no huge racks in the isles waiting to be put away. They have the best employees of any dollar General around! I drive from the other side of Manchester passing 2 other dollar Generals to shop at this particular one!”
“Cute girl confronted me about my shoplifting, very professional and didn't call the cops(thank you I got 3 mouths to feed, she probably has the largest you know what among all the coworkers, not many can confront people...I like that!)just asked I left the product and then offered to pay for the food items, thank you but we win some we lose some(maybe next time!)Would take her out on a date if given the opportunity! LMAO”
“Well managed store which was a pleasant surprise and appreciated would've given a five but the Greater Hartford attitude/mentality at the register I can do without and I'm a native.”
“Kat was the best cashier I've ever dealt with at this store. Not saying I had any bad experiences with this store but she helped me understand how the coupons work, how to download the app and save money. Thank you so much kat for making this one of the best experiences I had in a single store. Have a very blessed day.”
“I always have a fantastic experience when I shop here! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and I can always find great deals on everything I need. It's become my go-to place for household essentials and little treats!”

“Probably the cleanest and most well stocked dollar general you will ever go to. Unfortunately they do not allow self check out anymore which often causes the check out line to go fairly slow if there is anyone in front of you.”
