We learned so much, I am grateful I did not follow through with the free one, and my perfect piano happened to be there waiting for me! I did not feel pressured to buy it at all, but felt confident that it was the piano for me. He made sure it was in perfect condition before delivering it, and he and his team were so amazing moving it into my house as if it weighed nothing. He recommended a wiring set that was compatible with our car/hitch, removed interior trim panels to install, and troubleshooted along the way.
