“I recently purchased a Jeep and it only came with one key. So I called around a lot of different dealers to get quotes on parts and programming, as prices can vary drastically from dealer to dealer. Ryan in the parts department was very pleasant to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable and truly wanted to be helpful.
The prices were extremely fair and reasonable for the parts themselves. What blew me away was the price of the programming fee, and the dramatic difference between other dealers. I saved over $120 on a programming fee.
I will leave an update when I actually have the services performed. This was the only reason why I did not give him a five-star, was because I haven't had the service performed. But if the service department is anything like the parts department, I will be changing it to five stars”
