Bozrah Automotive is really the greatest. They have done our car repairs for several years now. It is reassuring to know they are honest, dependable, and knowledgeable. This is especially important as we own a 2011 Acadia that has required multiple repairs and although we are getting closer, we just aren’t there in dealing with purchasing a new car. Each time, the issue is explained in detail as well as the course needed to repair it. We are really grateful to have a business that is reliable and righteous these days as every dollar counts.

I brought my car to Bazrah Auto to have the A/C repaired and was charged over $1,000 for a new compressor. After the repair, the A/C still didn’t work. They installed another compressor and told me the issue was fixed. I didn’t even drive the car for 10 minutes before the A/C started blowing hot air again.
A few months later, a belt was damaged due to the faulty compressor, and I had to pay out of pocket again. Bazrah Auto refused to warranty the compressor or take responsibility for the damage.
This was two summers ago, and I still don’t have a working A/C. I don't recommend this shop; they seem to lack knowledge of their craft, and they certainly don’t stand behind their work.

Top notch, expertise, knowledgeable and HONEST....I can't say enough good things about everyone here. We tried for over a year to get our check engine light off (through various other mechanics and mechanical repair that didn't solve the issue) We stressed since we wouldn't be able to register our truck. Finally, Dave-the owner gave us hope, but said no promises. We were recommended by our friend Sarah...so glad we stopped over to talk to Dave. Finally, our yearly nightmare ended that CE light was off, we rushed down to get it inspected and what a sigh of relief..it passed. Thanks to Dave and everyone at Bozrah Auto. You are all amazing and very caring about your customers.

Lee, the receptionist is awesome. My car is still in the shop waiting for a TCM sensor, that for some unknown reason, is very hard to obtain.
Definitely a busy place, but that's one reason why I took it there.
Definitely recommend them for their honesty and making me feel important.

A real 5 star place. Even though they were backed up with a lot of work, Dave looked at my vehicle and figured out what was wrong. He talked to me like a friend, not just another customer. I highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this company… I had multiple issues with my PT cruiser after the last service center got a hold of it, and gave this repair facility a shot. Service was excellent, regular updates, timeliness and price were all 5 star

Dave and his crew are great! It's hard to find a reliable and trustworthy car repair shop these days. Dave is all that and more! As an older woman, I never feel as though I am being bamboozled by these guys. I have an almost 20 year old car and one of the rear shocks broke. Dave was able to find and repair both rear shocks for me at a reasonable price and quickly. I highly recommend this business.

We brought our sons VW GTI that a previous garage had ruined his motor and bent the heads on to Dave (owner) at Bozrah Auto. Dave was backed up with a lot of work, but found a way to help us. Dave, Chris, and all the other guys were always professional and friendly. Bozrah Auto did a great job fixing our sons car and restoring it back to its previous condition. They had the knowledge to do the job correctly. Not only did they do a great job, but also went a step further to write up a letter confirming the damage done from the previous garage. We will definitely go there again if we need work done and we'd also highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality garage.Service: Engine repair

If you guys want honest mechanics Dave and Chris they don't give you the run around they just try to help you get your car back on the road as cheapest possible really good people down the Earth customer for life....
