We just wrapped up adding a 200 sf 3-season room to our ranch style RI weekend get-away condo with Creative Enclosures out of Bozrah CT and, truly, we wish we could click on 10 stars for this review . Their team met every detailed HOA requirement and stipulation as we applied for the modification - and we were thrilled they took the lead! We would have had no idea where to begin. In fact, an HOA Board member who is also an engineer by trade remarked afterwards at how impressed he was with the completeness of Creative Enclosure’s documentation. From sales & design with Ben, Matt & Rich, to project management with Robin, to the actual build with Andrew, Dave and Nate, we had a great experience. It wasn’t always perfect but, let’s face it, what construction project ever is? There are always the “unknown unknowns”. The trick is to seek to understand any surprise, talk through options for the best solution, and come to agreement on next steps. And THAT is the support the team - most notably Robin - provided throughout the project. As the space was being built, we had planned to sell our primary home in another state, live in the condo for a few summer months and then look for another primary home. Now that the room is done, we honestly cannot find another home we like as much as the condo! We may be here happily ever after. We cannot say enough good things about Creative Enclosures. They hit it out of the park for us!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Creative Enclosures to replace our deck and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service stood out. From the initial consultation their team provided a clear explanation of the replacement process, including material options, timing and pricing. Their design and installation crew were extremely professional and respectful of our property and kept us informed of their progress throughout the project. Even after completion, they followed up on the last day to ensure our satisfaction. Creative Enclosures exceeded our expectations, and we now have a beautiful new deck to show for it.

I appreciate the fact that Matt took the time to come out to my home and spend time with my wife and myself to understand what we wanted to ensure design and drawings satisfied our desires. Everyone of Matt's employees treated myself, my wife and our property with utmost respect. I have to give a special shoutout to Lead Carpenters Chad and Joel. Their knowledge of their craft and attention to detail ensured this project was a major success. For anyone contemplating building a sunroom, deck, or home addition selecting a contractor is the single most important decision to be made. Creative Enclosures made our dream come true. My wife and I had a 3-season room built by Creative Enclosures. We had been talking about an addition for a few years and talked to other contractors but didn't get much guidance until we contacted Creative. The entire process afterwards was a breeze. From the start Matthew and his team had suggestions and shared photos from other builds they had completed. With that guidance and support we are now owners of an amazing new addition. The two months Creative was on site the crew was always right on time. The project required the crew to be in our kitchen area. They were always very courteous and professional. The project supervisor would stop daily and check on the progress and check with both the crew and us if anything was needed or we had any questions. I would highly recommend Creative Enclosures for any sort of project you are looking at for your property. They have a very talented crew and you can tell they all have years of experience with a wide variety different construction projects.

I’ve used Creative Enclosures since I bought my condo in 2001 when I had a sunroom already installed.
Just recently I needed to replace glass and Ben came out and took good care of us. Then the crew arrived to replace the glass and reglaze. They are a very professional company from sales to their workforce. I highly recommend them.

After meeting with 7 potential contractors to do a major renovation of our deck, sunroom, and outdoor space, we knew Creative Enclosures clearly understood our needs from the start and we chose them for the project. They did an excellent job with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. HIGHLY recommend Creative Enclosures! From start to finish we had a great experience. They replaced an old wood deck and completed some repairs from rotting wood; and even refinished some old railing that looks better than when it was originally installed. They are meticulous, ensuring everything is done to the highest standards and are more than willing to discuss the work being performed. We can't wait to enjoy our deck.

Very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work. We had our deck re done and they clearly identified what needed replacing and followed through in a very timely & efficient manner. Extra effort was shown to work with our pets schedule to be out in the yard and to add an extra gate for the deck stairs, as we requested. Creative Enclosures recently replaced an older screen room with a Cathedral Sun Room, 12X12. The entire experience was positive. Meeting Matt, owner, was our introduction to the company. He was patient and enthused about our ideas and his product. Each step of the way, from pre-planning through the final trim work exceeded our expectations. Without exception, each team member we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and demonstrated a “can do” attitude. We worked with several team members, but Andrew and Robin were the ones to make sure everything went as it should. We had a couple of “bumps” in the project but the team approached each step without drama. The very few minor issues were dealt with quickly and successfully. I strongly recommend Creative Enclosures. They built us a sunroom that will offer us years of enjoyment…it is far better than we hoped it would be.Cheryl

We had rotting deck boards, and Creative Enclosure installed a new deck and screened in porch. We could not be more happy with the results - They were able to start and finish the project much quicker than we anticipated. Team members were professional and responsive to any of our concerns. We highly recommend Creative Enclosure!

I had been trying since September to get CE to come out and replace a piece of curved glass and perform an exterior service on our sunroom. The two techs that came out - Andrew&Dave did a great job but communicating with Kevan was a nightmare and getting on the schedule to have repairs done last year seemed to get put off by one excuse after another

The sales person they chose to send out was over an hour late, and took forever to put together the quote. I chose this installer because they are very close to where I live, but apparently they chose to ghost me for whatever reason. No calls, no emails, nothing. I don’t know how a local business does this and manages to stay in business. These other reviews cannot be trusted.
