My wife and I met Ben from Creative Enclosures at our friends' house during a proposal meeting for their addition. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the presentation and what was proposed to them. At that point, we decided to ask them to propose a four-season room addition for us. Ben met with us and showed us a beautiful design of an addition that would take the place of our existing deck. It was perfect and was just what we were looking for.
Our project is complete, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. The room is gorgeous and is exactly how we envisioned it. Robin, the project coordinator and all the construction crew members were extremely professional, talented, very friendly and great to work with. In particular, construction crew members Joel, Tim and Chava were excellent craftsmen and took great pride in their work. They were always very neat, kept all of their work areas clean and even took steps to make sure our lawn was protected.
We were very nervous about hiring a contractor for this work since we’ve had many bad experiences in the past when hiring contractors. But Creative Enclosures was not like any contractor we have used in the past. Their workmanship was top quality and they always made sure that any of our concerns that we had were quickly addressed. Also, they always accommodated any changes that we wanted to make to the project. Look no further for a great team of people to hire for your next construction project. We are glad we choose Creative Enclosures for our new four-season room, and we highly recommend them.

My wife and I decided that conversion of our screened in porch to a three season room would extend our use and enjoyment of the area. Additionally, it would minimize if not eliminate the pollen mess typically associated with spring time.
We are extremely satisfied with the quality and workmanship of Robin’s team. They were exceptional and very attentive to detail. The finishing touches exceeded our expectations. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were very personable and easy to talk to in addressing any questions we had. We highly recommend Creative Enclosure.

Matt, and his crew are the Best. He found a very simple solution to what could have been a very complex and costly project. His crew was very professional and did a fabulous job. I was referred to Robin at CE by a friend while seeking to enclose my porch deck, and I couldn't have made a better choice. Robin connected me with Ben, who expertly guided the planning for my home improvement project. Ben impressed me with his professionalism, knowledge, approachability, patience, and, most importantly, his honesty.
Robin assigned Joel and Krzysztof to my project, and they proved to be conscientious and hardworking. They took immense pride in their work, paying attention to even the smallest details. Although there were some unexpected setbacks and scheduling issues with CE that caused delays in completing my project, I believe that these challenges shouldn't overshadow the remarkable service I received. It’s clear that the customer service follow-up at CE needs improvement, but that didn’t affect the exceptional support from Ben and Robin. They worked diligently to address the issues, demonstrating a relentless commitment to doing what was right. They kept me informed at every step, and Robin even adjusted his schedule to personally complete my minor three-hour project! Their dedication to resolving challenges truly showcased their care and professionalism.
I am now fully enjoying my beautiful enclosed three-season porch, which has added valuable space and an inviting outdoor feel to my home. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who played a role in bringing this project to life!

Recently a large leaking double window in the office area of my house was replaced by the members of your staff. From start to finish it was a most professional reconstruction. Kudos to Ben and Adrian for overseeing the project. Before that a roof window pane in my gorgeous Creative Enclosures conservatory sunroom needed replacement due to a microburst. That job was completed very satisfactorily as well. Thank you for standing behind your product, Matt.

My husband and I have talked about adding a screened room for a long time and we finally did it! Our only regret is not doing it sooner. We needed to replace the deck and so the project included demolition, additional footings, all new deck and stairs as well as the new room. We had to remove a window and replace it with a sliding glass door and it's absolutely perfect. As noted in other reviews, they take care of everything in a professional manner. Communication was good and the crew was really exceptional. We are out here all the time, whereas before it was too hot, or there were too many bugs to enjoy being outside. We never want to go in the house now!
I have complete confidence in recommending Creative Enclosures.

We just wrapped up adding a 200 sf 3-season room to our ranch style RI weekend get-away condo with Creative Enclosures out of Bozrah CT and, truly, we wish we could click on 10 stars for this review . Their team met every detailed HOA requirement and stipulation as we applied for the modification - and we were thrilled they took the lead! We would have had no idea where to begin. In fact, an HOA Board member who is also an engineer by trade remarked afterwards at how impressed he was with the completeness of Creative Enclosure’s documentation. From sales & design with Ben, Matt & Rich, to project management with Robin, to the actual build with Andrew, Dave and Nate, we had a great experience. It wasn’t always perfect but, let’s face it, what construction project ever is? There are always the “unknown unknowns”. The trick is to seek to understand any surprise, talk through options for the best solution, and come to agreement on next steps. And THAT is the support the team - most notably Robin - provided throughout the project. As the space was being built, we had planned to sell our primary home in another state, live in the condo for a few summer months and then look for another primary home. Now that the room is done, we honestly cannot find another home we like as much as the condo! We may be here happily ever after. We cannot say enough good things about Creative Enclosures. They hit it out of the park for us!

I appreciate the fact that Matt took the time to come out to my home and spend time with my wife and myself to understand what we wanted to ensure design and drawings satisfied our desires. My wife and I had a 3-season room built by Creative Enclosures. We had been talking about an addition for a few years and talked to other contractors but didn't get much guidance until we contacted Creative. The entire process afterwards was a breeze. From the start Matthew and his team had suggestions and shared photos from other builds they had completed. With that guidance and support we are now owners of an amazing new addition. The two months Creative was on site the crew was always right on time. The project required the crew to be in our kitchen area. They were always very courteous and professional. The project supervisor would stop daily and check on the progress and check with both the crew and us if anything was needed or we had any questions. I would highly recommend Creative Enclosures for any sort of project you are looking at for your property. They have a very talented crew and you can tell they all have years of experience with a wide variety different construction projects.

I’ve used Creative Enclosures since I bought my condo in 2001 when I had a sunroom already installed.
Just recently I needed to replace glass and Ben came out and took good care of us. Then the crew arrived to replace the glass and reglaze. They are a very professional company from sales to their workforce. I highly recommend them.
