I have had nothing but great experiences with the maintenance team! Joe, in particular, has been incredibly kind and quick to resolve any issues. He has followed up on maintenance requests to ensure they were taken care of promptly.

He takes care of any issue we have immediately, is attentive to details, and always follows up quickly until the issue has been solved. I have lived at River View for almost two years.We have only had a couple of issues mainly our door key pad. Both times they were fixed quickly and professionally. Today, Bobby came out to help repair the door. He was in and out within a half hour so I could enjoy my last Friday for the summer. A+++ Thank you so much.
