“This particular post office is always very clean. I loved it because it was small and I was able to go in and get back out in a reasonable amount of time. The staff are always so helpful. I must say, it's super convenient.”

“Faye Faye Faye!!!!! Faye helped me with the class and attentiveness of a real professional! She was able to solve my ‘unsolvable’ problem in mere minutes. Thank you so much Faye! I wish you were my local postmaster bc I’d bring you cookies every week.”

“The post office employee was courteous and helpful. My package was fragile and I packed it as best as I could. He asked about packaging and said USPS would do their best to get it to it's destination in one piece. He added fragile stickers to the box (it was pottery) and handled it carefully!”

“The building os very beautiful and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Only deducted one star because they really need to put in a ramp. People with wheelchairs/walkers/strollers can't access the post office, which is crazy.”

“I have never had an issue here with getting things shipped, but always have a plan going in and have all the relevant information ready, otherwise you would likely feel very rushed”

“The staff there are always so kind, considerate, and accommodating. I find them to be very professional, while at the same time, very accessible. Every time I use their services, I'm never disappointed. Thank you for doing such a great job.”

“The people are very nice, friendly, and helpful. As long as you're not stupid enough to send a package with your birth certificate and Social Security card, they're going to work with you.”

292 Salem Turnpike, Norwich CT 06360
“Don’t believe these negative reviews as gospel on here. I always get my mail delivered at consistent times, have positive interactions with the clerks here, and receive updates on my mail because my wife is subscribed to the alerts for our mailbox. That being said I just had a unique experience with this location, where I was out of town and a package was bound for my house. It was already on the truck headed my way, but the clerk who answered the phone put me on hold and contacted the mail carrier to have my package returned to the office until I got back in town. These people work hard to help us all, and as long as you are clear with that you need and give them some patience, they will do everything they can to help your situation. Went above and beyond, customer service at its best.”
