To me, the successful auto body shop does quality work and works well with insurance company, Lou and his crew did exactly that. Had a front end collision with many hidden problems initial insurance appraisal could not see, but Lou worked with the appraiser, managed to get genuine GM parts for the same price as the after market parts and I couldn't be happier, truck looks great plus it runs smoother and quieter then before the accident!

AutoCraft takes pride in the repairs they do. My daughter and I have both needed their services (unfortunately). Lou, the owner, is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is very thorough, honest and delivers your car, fixed and on time. I recommend AutoCraft highly.

The staff at Autocraft were both courteous and professional. After having discussions with the owner I felt as though he was not only a genuine individual that could be trusted, but also an experienced craftsman. My vandalized door panel was fixed in a timely manner. Autocraft comes Highly recommended by a satisfied customer!

Recently had my car fixed at Autocraft and it was a great experience. Lou was so easy to work with, kept me posted about the progress, and my vehicle looks as good as new. I would recommend them to anyone who wants excellent body work done on their car!

I had damage on my Subaru and brought it to Autocraft. The people working there were kind, knowledgable, and professional. They fixed my damage in record time and did a superb job. I appreciate their use of high-quality materials and I am thankful for their level of expertise. If you need any work done, or even if you need to ask questions about your car, the staff here will answer in detail (and with patience). I highly recommend Autocraft.

I recently had a VERY frustrating experience with Autocraft where I attempted unsuccessfully to get my vehicle fixed (damage to be paid for by other driver). Despite multiple calls and emails over a period of more than a month, Autocraft was unable or unwilling to work with the company that was going to pay for my repair. They were not proactive in handling my repairs and did not follow through with what was agreed upon. My review does not reflect how well they actually repair vehicles (since we never got to that stage...), but does reflect my frustration with their lack of clear communication with potential customers. Needless to say, I am taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend Autocraft.
