I go here 2-3 weekly. I will only go through the line with a cashier because the self checkout area always has a rude worker. They're never friendly and if you need help at your self checkout register, they come over begrudgingly. It's never a pleasant experience in that area.

The bakery is awesome, the team exceeded expectations on a retirement cake for my colleague. Cassandra and the entire team were great. Everyone was thrilled with how the cake came out. Thank you Big Y Bakery Team!!! (To note, we added the seaplane toy ourselves but they were very accommodating of what we had envisioned)
