What a nightmare!!! Took days and days and numerous phone calls and emails to receive my quote, wrong products delivered, damaged products delivered and nobody seems to care. Connie needs a lesson in customer service. I will do my very best to avoid branford building supply in the future.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered!!!, in fact I was referred from another business....I will never refer anyone to this place of business, just awful !!!

I called to ask about a product that I wasn't very familiar with, and when I arrived, it had already been taken off the shelf and brought to the register for me. I was very appreciative, especially because no way would I have known what I was looking for on my own. Great service!
