I’ve been to this branch twice so far and everyone has been incredibly friendly, efficient and willing to go above and beyond. Plus, the branch is beautiful, new and clean.

Why have a big “Open Now” sign when you’re having issues serving your customers. I went into this Chase location yesterday to withdraw some money. The digital card on my phone wasn’t responding at the ATM. I went inside to a teller to get money. The man behind the counter never identified himself so I can only call him man. He was counting money. I told him my issue and he stated that my card wasn’t working because I ordered a new one. I let him know I ordered a new one because it was damaged. I was told by another agent my old card can still be used. I asked if someone could help me so I could withdraw money? He yelled to the back for someone to help me. The woman in the back yelled that she was busy and that he would have to wait. I waited over five minutes and the man reiterated again that someone would be with me and walked off to the back. I waited a few more minutes and just walked out. I have money in the bank and I have to wait to retrieve it? Why have a open now sign if you’re not available to assist customers? So needless to say, I don’t have access to my money and I’m not going to another location to get more bad customer service. If my skin was a lot lighter, this would have gone a lot different.I will be closing my account.I’m just going to put all my money in Navy Federal. As a war veteran, the only businesses that treat me well are services that are exclusive to military and vets.
