CVS offers coronavirus testing, including lab and rapid tests, subject to eligibility and location. Reviews present a mixed picture of the pharmacy experience. Many customers report significant frustrations, citing extremely long lines for prescriptions, sometimes with waits up to an hour, only to find medications unexpectedly unavailable. Pharmacy staff are described as extremely overworked, and phone calls often go unanswered or involve long hold times. Some customers have experienced pharmacy workers as brutally mean, while others note that techs are sometimes abused by patients. There are also concerns about medications, including life-threatening ones, running out without clear availability dates. Despite these issues, several reviews highlight positive interactions with exceptionally helpful, kind, patient, and attentive staff. Specific employees are praised for going out of their way to assist with prescriptions, providing excellent customer service at the register, and helping with products and returns. One reviewer states this location is the best pharmacy compared to others nearby, while another notes only ever encountering super helpful staff who personally follow up on prescriptions. The overall experience appears to depend heavily on individual staff interactions and pharmacy demand.

Drive thru lines are terrible no matter what time they get there. On average each car takes at least 15 mins to be taken care of sometimes longer. It is beyond frustrating! Inside is just as long. Staff meanders around no such of urgency to help people.
