“Chris is phenomenal! I had to bring my Lenovo Legion Pro 5 in to get repaired under warranty due to a faulty motherboard. He was very honest, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed it and ordered the part the same day and had it back to me just a couple of days later (and kept me updated the whole time). He even gave me instructions for BitLocker so that I was able to keep all of my data on my hard drives. No factory reset needed.
If I were to have mailed it in for warranty service it would've taken weeks and I would've been liable for any damage incurred while in transit so I'm extremely grateful to him. Thanks to him not only was I able to get back to work in under a week vs the 3-4 week wait I was quoted by Lenovo, but I also didn't have to risk trusting the postal service with my $1,600 machine. He has 5 stars on here for a reason! They have a new loyal customer in me and I'll be sure to recommend them to anyone I know that may need their services. I couldn't be happier.
