Professional, efficient, responsive and trustworthy technicians. I'm really particular about who works on my car. I was referred to EuroSense by a friend. I needed some service on my new to me audi and evaluated several shops until settling on EuroSense. Why choose EuroSense? Transparent, detailed estimates/evaluations provided by text/email. Thoughtful and targeted diagnosis. (read: no parts cannon). Super clean work. And the shop is uber clean. I mean totally clean. Clean mechanics are careful and thoughtful. They are the sister of Excellerate Performance, a tuning shop. EuroSense isn't cheap but they are reasonable. The service performed for me was completed ahead of schedule and they provided appropriate recommendations for future work.

EuroSense is top notch! Seth helped me with a PPI on an exotic car I had and everything I asked and needed from pictures of the car, to explanation of something, and anything you can think of in regards to getting a car inspected. I highly recommend using EuroSense!

Had an engine light and PCM failure in my Cayenne S. Went to Eurosense because I was frustrated with the dealer and knew one of their top service guys had left them for here. Well I have never been happier. Ted took the car and communicated every step. He got several error codes so he called and said he needed another day to try and isolate the cause of this failure. After his expert diagnostic talent, I needed several thousands of dollars in repairs. He discussed many options with me, and we decided my best option considering time I wanted to keep the car and how I drive her. He once again was excellent at communicating. While he had the engine apart he sent photos of the steps he took and also counseled me on parts he thought I should replace since the engine was apart. He is EXTREME trustworthy and knows his cars!After all the repairs, the car runs better than ever. This is the only place I will ever bring my vehicles. It is a blessing to find a mechanic you can trust and know will do it correctly, efficiently and for a fair price.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Ted is an amazing technician. Diagnosed and repaired my vehicle when the dealer had no clue. I had my car into the shop for the same issue several times and was told there was nothing wrong. Ted was careful to spend time to find the issue, which was many things unfortunately, but repaired them all and was extremely professional. I highly recommend this shop, especially if you have a higher end vehicle like my Porsche. Less expensive than the dealer, and frankly, more knowledgeable.

Highly professional and excellent service!!Both Rob and Craig, and their technicians, were phenomenal! I had purchased a used Porsche which had some issues. They went 'above-and-beyond the call of duty' to diagnose, report, and assist in collecting the repair fees from the company (for issues that definitely should have been repaired prior to the sale!)! Always a great experience here. I’ve brought both of my Audi’s to these guys for all repairs and upgrades. Communication is excellent and customer service is the best around. These guys were extremely professional and kind, something that you don’t come across very often now adays. I needed snow tires mounted and an all wheel alignment done last minute before my trip up north and even though these guys were super busy they still managed to squeeze me in. Respect!
