XLR8 Performance is one of the best if not the best company I have dealt with. Communication was excellent! When they say they have something in stock and ready to ship they mean it. I received my order in 3 days and I'm not even in the same country! These guys are top shelf, top tier in the aftermarket performance parts game. They are very knowledgeable about the parts they sell and it's like having another person on the team for your build. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I go to xlr8 for all of my work on my b9 rs5, they have turned this thing into a monster but everyone there is also super friendly, I work with Craig a lot when I get performance installations and he always makes sure I’m well taken care of and can recommend parts for any kind of driving you want to do, truly a great performance shop and if you wanna build a car it’s the best place to go to. Even if you just want simple maintenance, they know your car better than anyone.

Be careful on who you're technician is. Some how they managed to completely fail at the diagnostic by a long shot and impressively snapped an exhaust valve. That's over 100 psi of force

I had reach out about buying a lip, told it was in stock and I could have it mid to late next week. Perfect. I placed the order online. Eric reached out saying hey it will be an extra $130 to ship it since it’s coming from Canada, on the site under the product pictures it says “free shipping” they decide to go ahead and cancel my order for me and not ship the product.

I was interested in upgrading my car and after doing research I was still lost as to what would be the best for my car as there is so many options. I left a message and got a very fast response from David M. David helped me find the parts I want and was able to send lots of help in a timely manner. Some of the best customer service I have experienced, especially considering I haven’t even purchased anything. Definitely recommend these guys!

After been let down by well known performance parts suppliers and their “ Back ordered” excuse, We came across with XLR8 website and found the ARP heads and main bolts we needed, placed the orders and in the blink of an eye the parts were delivered to us, Props to the logistic department or whoever is in charge that is doing a wonderful job. By the way XLR8 prices and second to non.

While you can find the parts at other retailers, XLR8 has the best customer service and knowledge hands down.
I mostly dealt with Rob, but the whole team has been amazing.
They went out of their way to find parts for me and even did some research on my behalf to find parts for me that they didn't have listed online.
My only complaint is that they need more sales to take more of my money ?

I’ve been bringing my 2010 Benz to Excelerate Performance for regular servicing for several years - 5 or 6 years anyway, so this review is a summation of several visits, not just a one-off of one experience.
I can say without reservation that Excelerate Performance is a top notch service center in every way.
What are the qualities you look for in a service center? I look for:
Honesty - check
Fair Pricing - check
Efficiency - check
Friendliness - check
On that friendliness point - I have to say XLR8's friendliness is absolutely genuine. The service has more of a personal feel to it than other shops I've used. They have gone above and beyond to ensure I have a good experience whenever I bring my car in for work.
There are service centers closer to my home, and I used them before giving XLR8 a chance. The others ranged from "ok" to downright dishonest. I consider myself lucky to have found such a reliable and trustworthy service center.
Keep up the great work, Excelerate! My car thanks you, too!

Regarding the XLR8 Team ??
I don’t care what excuses these guys give but I brought them a highly modified 2001 VW GTI 1.8 that was running “starting/driving “& was there for a lean fuel issue. After close to 2 months of them trying to diagnose why it was running lean they were unable to. I honestly felt they weren’t capable to begin with, they seem more like Parts changers than knowledgeable diagnostic technicians, but I gave them a try. My problem is that after the two months they gave me back a car that only did they not diagnose but was no longer running . And they simply refused to own up to any wrongdoing. The car started and ran when it was dropped off and did not start or run when it left. So not only do I have to deal with my original issue of issues if it running lean, but now I can’t even get the damn thing to start . And they just lay out excuse after excuse. Anybody even attempting to make good on it and help me diagnose what it could be? Absolutely not. There was an issue with the trigger wire on the starter when I brought it to them and thought that might’ve been it but no, it definitely was not. They did something, and now I have no power to my injectors and pulling a P0685 code. ECM issue. Not an honest, stand-up group of people in my opinion.

Excelerate recently guided me through lowering my Audi, getting aftermarket wheels installed and spaced properly, and installed a cold air intake setup. The guys in the shop do great, clean work and take great care of the vehicles. Craig was a huge help in advising me along the way and providing recommendations to get the car exactly where I wanted it in terms of look and feel. They absolutely nailed the wheel fitment!!
My car has never looked and sounded better and since I've taken it home, I haven't stopped looking for excuses to take it out just to drive it!
Couldn't have done it without these guys and I'll definitely back for round 2!
