Way too expensive to paint some
pottery. Not worth it.

It was our first time. Came in with my toddler, we both had fun. Very chill and staff were helpful.

It is truly unfortunate that small businesses continue to lose customers due to owners hiring employees who clearly aren’t qualified to represent their business. I made a reservation for myself and two friends to celebrate a birthday, with plans to arrive at 5 p.m. Unfortunately, our day didn’t go as scheduled, and we didn’t arrive until 5:53 p.m., now with only two people instead of three.
When we walked in, two young ladies were at the front desk. I explained that we had a 5 p.m. reservation, but due to delays, we missed it. However, we were still eager to paint a piece and asked if we could still participate. One of the young women immediately responded, “I’m sorry, we don’t take walk-ins an hour before closing.” This response was particularly frustrating, as their website clearly states, “The last seating is 1 hour prior to closing.” I then asked, “Even if we just do something small?” To which she curtly replied, “Well, you can, but at 7 p.m. I’m kicking you out whether you’re done or not, because I’m leaving then.”
At that point, my friend, whose birthday it was, said, “It’s clear they don’t want us here. We should just leave.” And so, we did. The entire experience left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. It’s disheartening when a business, especially one that should be celebrating creativity and fun, treats customers with such disregard. We will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who values basic customer service or honesty.

This is a great place to have quality family time or a fun time with friends. It’s best to make a reservation because they can get busy. They have a section for kids where pieces are $16 and the session fee is $7 a person. Be aware you have to wait a week to get your pieces back after they are fired.
There are many colors to choose from with fun names. You need to do a couple of coats to get the full color. They give you directions and explain the proceeds.
This is good for ages 4+

We had a great experience here. The woman working the store was helpful and kind. The atmosphere was calm. Plenty of space to sit and paint even with our large group of 8.

I think a bit more tutorial and explanation would be beneficial, but otherwise a nice activity with kids of all ages…

Had a great time at fired up. Sunday morning with friends was lovely and not as expensive as everyone says this place is just depends on the piece. Went with the Christmas platter so cute! My friends got their pieces before mine and had to wait a couple extra days to pick up the remaining pieces due to the kiln needing maintenance. Just a heads up! Thank you fired up!

We recently took our 5 grandchildren to the Fired Up studio. It was a very positive and creative experience. They all had a great deal of fun, and the ceramic pieces they created are all very nice. The staff is very helpful, the prices reasonable. Looking forward to bringing them back again. I would highly recommend this studio and the experience to people of all ages. Kids can’t wait to come back.

Izzie was walking to get her lunch on her break and saw my cat stranded in a tree that was on fire. I was screaming, but she ran over, climbed up the tree, and rescued my cat. Izzie is a hero to say the least

I brought my granddaughters there for their birthdays! The girls had a ball! Izzy is perfect to work with toddlers, always smiling & checking in to see how they were doing. ?
