The staff at this store are so wonderful. They always greet customers when they walk in and they keep the store clean and organized. Today however, they went SO above and beyond that I had to stop and write this review. This store is my six year old son’s favorite store. He received a gift card from his aunt for his Birthday and was excited to come choose a toy today. However he somehow managed to lose his gift card while choosing a toy. Upon asking the clerk (perhaps the manager I believe his name is Justin) if anyone turned in a $10 gift card my son began to cry. Well that wasn’t going to fly here! Despite the busy Holiday rush, several clerks jumped into action! It was so sweet - they allowed him to choose a toy AND replaced his $10 giftcard. This gesture was so very kind. It made my sons day. We will not forget their kindness, it is so rare these days. Nice work Team Branford Five Below!!!!!

Got to register. Wanted to use register i was near. Lady(employee) insisted I use register further up. She insisted to move. Left everything and walked out.
