Absolutely a wonderful treatment from newly sales associate James and Gina, the finance lady! Well deserved from those 2! There was no pressure from either two of them, but only their hard kind work, when making this wonderful sell to a man from NJ! It was a worth a trip to their location in Branford, CT. Great experience. I have been staying away from dealerships for service because of past experiences, being overcharged for service.I am writing this to thank Ford of Branford for a change of experience. My car was diagnosed with a couple electronics issues and I was quoted a fair price to do the work. To my surprise when I went to pick up my vehicle it was $300 less than quoted. They also changed the touch screen and did a complementary $100 oil change. I would post negative feedback, so why not let people know about a dealership that is honest and fair.Thanks F.O.B

I highly recommend Ford of Branford for your automotive and parts needs. I purchased a new F-150 that I ordered in August. Starting with the salesperson Karla and her manager James, they made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Gina the Finance Manager was very upfront and detailed about my loan paperwork and recommended, what I feel, was the right protection for my new truck. Omar in parts helped me with ordering a few black Ford ovals that weren’t an option for my specific order. He followed up with me when my parts arrived and held them until I picked up my truck. The owner Melvin and his team are extremely trustworthy, I can’t wait to put miles on my V8 Coyote and visit their service department.

I brought my Bronco here this morning for an oil and filter change and tire rotation, First thing I had to argue with the head service department woman on was rotating my tires. I had a full size spare which means that the spare should be rotated in with the other four, she said now we don't do that and after a couple of minutes I got her to do the tire rotation correctly. If you leave the full size spare on the back of bronco by the time you buy new tires that tire is going to be no longer available. You are better off rotating all five tires especially with a full size spare, 20% more time before you need new tires, it's just common sense. When you buy a new set of tires you pick the best of the 5 as a spare, and now rotate the 4 new tires. Then I asked them if they were going to use synthetic oil in my own little change they say yes and now I'm looking at my invoice and they used a synthetic blend. I'd bought this bronco brand new. First oil change at 500 miles, second oil change at 1000 miles 3rd oil change at 5000 miles in every 4000 miles since then. I typically get 300,000 miles on my vehicles with no oil burning. I would never recommend this place for service its just easier to do it myself

Best dealership experience I've ever had!! Karla helped both my mum and I with everything we needed. She was exceedingly knowledgeable, patient, and had the best intuition of whicu cars would fit each of our vibes. Overall, the Ford of Branford team (shout out to Gina) is so warm and welcoming ??. Plus the mechanics are really trustworthy (shout out to Jamie, especially if you like Toyotas). I would recommend everyone to get a car here! And especially ask for Karla?

Came in on the later side on Friday (6pm) and stayed until almost 9pm with Karla and James to figure out my next move car wise! they went above and beyond to work around my schedule and get this deal done! I was able to drive my new car (which im obsessing over) the following day where Gina was able to help me work things so I was able to walk away with exactly what I wanted and not sacrifice even though the budget was tough! Further more, since the car was just delivered and not ready to drive off the lot, Glen CLOCKED BACK INTO WORK AFTER ENDING HIS DAY to make sure I was able to drive the car home then and there. I cannot say enough about my experience at Ford Branford and look forward to being a long time customer! :)

I visited this dealer once for service. Property went missing that was in my vehicle. I went back into service when I noticed it. The service writer assured me I was mistaken. To the point, a technician returned my watch after I made a fuss about it and stated it 'fell out of the car'. I left it in the back seat of my vehicle because after the service I was taking the watch to be repaired. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Why was the technician in my back seat??? Which tire was that???Anyway, first and last visit to Ford of Branford. Never again. Shameful.

The Experience with our salesgirl was completely Awful. We were told we were "getting sent the purchase order " via text we were not even at that point approved yet. she would say " your payment won't be high i promise." We get to the dealership; she has the credit app ready to be filled out in which this was already done. she also received information for the trade in, and then asked, " do we have a trade in ". She then continued to advise that she kept checking with the finance manager, in which none of that was done. She didn't know some of the buttons in the new vehicle and asked me to set up my phone on the radio before we even had an approval yet. She stated the front tires " were soft" of the trade in and asked if they ever been rotated, and stated the value of the trade in went down due to a recall. (the back latch on the trunk, which is fixed for free) and it was 500 miles out from needing an oil change, she said that was a part of the $1857 dealer delivery fee. ****The funniest part of this whole process with this girl Blatantly lying about everything was .....We were asking to come up a bit with the offer for the trade in. this was the response and I quote " well this is the dealership owners' money we are playing around with." haha Have a great day. People say don't quit your day job. you my friend should

Last week my husband and I spotted the perfect new vehicle advertised online for the right price at Ford of Branford and immediately inquired. Our sales person, Karla Lopez was friendly & knowledgeable, confirmed the selling price and arranged a showroom visit with hopes of our purchasing the new vehicle with a trade-in deal. Karla’s interest in meeting our needs and professional followup made the process smooth and easy for all. James Leon assessed a fair market trade-in value for us and Gina Gonzalez seamlessly handled the contract sale and finances. Recently bought a bronco from here. Florida from sales was amazing! Very professional didn’t get the pushy sale vibe she cares about you and what you need, Florida was able to work with me on my busy work and school schedule to get the car I wanted. She made me comfortable with the process and answered every question I asked with the correct answer if it wasn’t for her I probably would have bought a car somewhere else. If you’re interested in buying a car here ask for Florida you won’t regret it.

They had advertised a car within the price range I was looking to spend for over a week. Called them made an appointment to go see it the following afternoon and that morning they increased the advertised price by $3k. Sales person was nice but every excuse in the book, I feel they try to get folks in the door and pull fast one on price which makes me all set to do any business with them..

Just bought a brand new 2023 Ford bronco Sport from Ford of Branford. This is the second time I've used this dealership and sales Rep Devlon. I have to say there are no words to describe how generous how friendly how professional and courteous my experience with this dealer ship is every single time. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who also oversaw my transaction. He left a lasting impression on me he was one of the nicest people I ever had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with.... I'm sorry I forgot his name but he was the owner... So to Branford Ford the entire dealership, the owner, (whom I'll never forget his kindness) my sales person Devlon, And lastly the young lady (Gina )I think in the finance office that finalized my deal and took care of me thank you all for being so wonderful going above and beyond getting me within my budget and the vehicle I selected...

Absolutely worst service! I've been a loyal customer for over 20yrs! I had a prescheduled app for oil change. 2.5hr Later they tell me I never checked in after I drove into the gargarge 2 men approach me & waited for me to give my keys & ask me if I have an appointment. Ticket given to me states , give this ticket to retrieve car & payments. Disappointed!!!

I was on my way to Mystic to have a beautiful day. I just wanted to visit this dealership to see the Maverick. They had a couple of them. I test driven one. But I was not satisfied with the trim level (XL). Price was good but they told me that they would put market adjustments on the listed price. $7500!! I decided not to buy right away! But they were so insistent. I tried to be gentle and walk away. They hold me there for 4 hours for nothing. I said that my credit was not good. If there is need, I would bring a co-signer but not today. I told them that what I wanted was 600-700 monthly payments. But with their numbers and market adjustments (market adjustments: give me all your money because I have got what you need) I said it would come up to 1000-1200 monthly. I knew very well about my status and tried to walk away! They insisted, talked me into and made me apply for credit! And in the end they told me it didn't happen. I was not angry because it didn't happen but was very upset they ruined my beautiful day. I knew it was NOT my deal! I used to be a professor and teach university level courses. I know mathematics, and also statistics! I'm very well aware of finances too. I knew it. But they gave me false hopes! And in the end the manager started accusing me in the finance room. "It's not my fault that you didn't have over 700 credit score", "It's not my fault that you have 2 repo in your credit history", "It's not our fault that you have 70.000 miles on your car"... Excuse me!??? Who are you to judge me because I drive my car a lot! Who are you to judge me over my credit history! You didn't live with me. You don't know what I have been through in my life. You couldn't do your job! You gave me false hopes, even though I told you I was aware of my credit status and was not interested in this big loan. Yes, you could not do your job. I talked to your sales personnel, gave them some details, and I immediately understood that I couldn't do it today. I tried many times to walk away! You convinced me into applying for Loan. You couldn't manage this, dear owner. The condescending way you talked to me in the end... By the way, I was in a way worse credit scenario last year when Kia of Englewood, NJ helped me to get a loan to buy what I have right now. They did very well back then. The APR is huge I know but at least I got the car! I didn't miss a single payment since then. They did what you couldn't! I do not want to tell more. If you want false hopes and to be tricked in to apply for a loan unwillingly, go to this dealership. They welcome you kindly, and they do not let you leave before they do whatever they want to do. I'm upset because they ruined my beautiful day. They stole my time. In the end, the manager judged me and talk to me in a condescending way. UNPROFESSIONAL!
