Wel this is the second time we was at a TA in CT and was asked to leave . This one they called cops and restricted us from coming back stating we was loitering witch we use to stop there to use store for coffee or soda etc and restroom but this is due to a rude manager on this day 10 4 2024

TA Express Travel Center provided a great experience. It’s a really nice rest area to stretch your legs and take a break. My daughter enjoyed walking around, and it was a convenient spot to grab snacks for the road. Overall, it was a pleasant and useful stop.

The five stars are for the EXCEPTIONAL service of Corey…the showers were extremely clean and he is very nice and professional person. I like that he was okay with us asking questions about wait time….he immediately started checking with all of of the truckers and updating us on the progress with preparation of showers for use.

Tim the service manager went out of his way to make sure I was happy, not sure about the one star reviews, I had a great experience. This is an add on review from 05 12 2024.
Below is my original review.
Everybody here has treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism, that's why I come here all the time. Starting from Paul, the manager at the store, and to all the crew at the repair shop, Shawnie, Christina Sabino, I don't get it why you guys are giving them a bad rating. They had me in and out serviced two DOTs at a reasonable price, very good work, quality work actually. Clean shop and friendly faces.
What more can you ask for? I don't go anywhere else and I'm up here.
All you have to do is have a good attitude when you walk into the shop I understand your broken down, but a good attitude goes a long ways. And a smile even goes further. Have a nice day.

This is one of the best good looking/cleaner travel plaza that i seen in a very long time.Very well supplied with stuff you need to keep you going,plenty of parking spaces and great showers aling with friendly staff,all ee need now is to get some nice fast food restaurants going since the area still under construction,place is much better than the Pilot at exit 40 in Milford Ct.

Wow! Impressed! We are long haul, car haulers. We fuel up at many TA's across the country. Most are deplorable, unhealthy, and disgusting! The corporate office needs to set the example and this TA in Connecticut is the most wonderful example. Employees are happy and proud of where they work and it shows. Clean, stocked, and welcoming.
We had lost faith in TA utill we fueled up here. We are happy to return here. But not the rest.
