This place slow and very unorganized for truck repair. They just wait for next shift to come. I wait 5 hrs to do oil change. There is only 2 ahead of me when I first check in!

I was there Monday at 4 AM with fuel filter problems after numerous times of calling when it says it’s 24 hours service area
I finally got through to somebody and they said they wouldn’t be a tag until eight in the morning.
That was a real bummer. I needed to be in Pennsylvania by eight.

This place was amazing! So many amenities, very nice workers, very clean and inviting! Would definitely recommend for people like trucking drivers or travellers!

the bathrooms are dirty, unattended and no toilet tissue, been here for two days it has not changed. the food court staff are more interested intheir phones than helping customers, pizza was old and hard, prices very high, service is terrible. so sad that truckers are subjected to this kind of servuce and it seems to be a trend everywhere

The need to stop people with dog in the driver lounge is driver lounge not a dog lounge those dog seat on the seat where we seat and those dog smell bad keep you dog on you truck.

Great place for a traveling stop. They have showers, bathrooms, a convenient store, Pizza Hut, Popeyes, and plenty of parking spaces. They also have the Amazon pick-up lockers. Gas prices are comparable to other highway pit stops. Facilities looked cleaned.

Visited 12/12/24-12/13/24 Truckers: for a truck stop in the Northeast this TA nailed it. Parking is easy, plenty of spots throughout the night when I was there always a spot available. Showers are some of the best, clean, hot, water pressure was amazing. Store is well stocked and kept, associates are friendly and efficient. Grocery store across the street, easy walk and convenient.

Wel this is the second time we was at a TA in CT and was asked to leave . This one they called cops and restricted us from coming back stating we was loitering witch we use to stop there to use store for coffee or soda etc and restroom but this is due to a rude manager on this day 10 4 2024
