Received from Kohl's a 30% off coupon. I bought Under Armour, Dockers and Haggar clothing. I did not get 30% off. I guess Kohl's wants me to buy the low cost rags with their brand names on them. Is this bait and switch?

Such a nice experience at the Branford store. The cashier was very prompt, found coupon I could use for my purchase. I was able to get in and out and make my appointment on time.

Branford Kohls is a nice place to shop. The associates are friendly and helpful. The store and dressing rooms are always clean. Sometimes the store is out of stock with items I’m shopping for and then I need to go home and order them online.

As soon as I walked in the front doors, I was crippled by the heavy perfume. I immediately started choking from the heavy perfume in the air. Ventilation is badly needed! That has to be a health hazard. Since I was coughing so much, I had to leave without shopping. I was upset I couldn't go shopping for my niece's gift.

Kohls has a large selection of apparel items at reasonable prices. I would also like to see a selection of more upscale clothing offered.

Please get rid of that dope head that’s in the cosmetic area. I told her if you guys don’t have the product in stock on the floor then it’s ok and there’s no need for her to go to the back. She insisted that she should go to the back because it was “surely” back then. She made me wait and waste 20 minutes for her to try and find something on the device then decided to look in the back where neither product was in stock.
