First spin class (and workout, if I’m being honest) since COVID shut down the world and it did not disappoint! Lisa was so inspiring and her energy was infectious. I couldn’t help but go hard the entire class and it felt AMAZING! Looking forward to the Bootcamp class next!

This is the best thing I have done for myself. I was looking to revamp my fitness routine and based on a friends recommendation, I gave the trial offer a try. I am hooked! Lisa's approach is unmatched, she brings expertise and motivation to every class and her energy is contagious. The others in the class are supportive and motivating as well, everyone is giving their all. Working out with Lisa starts my day off right....more energy, more confidence, feeling great!

I have been in the fitness industry as instructor since the 80's! I have taken many classes and experienced so many different workshops and instructors. I was taken back by Lisa's unique style and energy level as well as motivation in her class. I highly recommend this amazing experience. What a great instructor! I had a great workout and can't wait to go back.

I seriously can't stress this enough: Lisa is amazing and she will do amazing things for your fitness levels and body. Group classes with individual attention to personal injuries. I've had workouts there that were completely different than the group because of my shoulder. Spin/boot is a crazy crossover workout for cardio and strength.

I started training at Lisa's boot camp about 2 weeks ago and have lost about 10 pounds. I have been training for more than 25 years and have never sweated this much every work out and haven't ever been this sore.Lisa kicks my a** and builds me up at the same time she is .:;;@)$&/&&/& awesome and amazing. I've been in shape my whole life (so I thought). This is the most amazing workout I've ever done! I'd never push my body and mind the way Lisa does..the results? I came to Lisa at a low point in my running career. I'd always been a middle of the pack marathon and 50k runner but a hamstring injury had left me barely able to run 3 miles without significant pain. I started classes with Lisa 3 times a week and immediately fell in love with Bootcamp. The changes in my body were rapid and dramatic. Within a month, I was back to running comfortably. Within 3 months I was back to running marathons. Now, 8 months since starting Bootcamp, I've run my first 50 mile and 100 K race and am planning on running my first 100 mile race in January. While Lisa is not a running coach, her balanced workouts gave me the cross training I needed to take my running to the next level. Each class if different, challenging, and tons of fun. Be ready to work hard and endure some discomfort but the results are well worth it!

There are not many things that will get me out of bed at 4:40 in the morning; in fact aside from my kids, Lisa's Bike & Bootcamp is the only thing that gets me out of bed this early! The feeling of accomplishment I feel when I leave makes the butt-kicking workout all worth it! I leave the studio feeling part of something great and charged for the day! Best bootcamp around!!
