“The only reason why people don’t like this Sephora very much is because you can’t return any items from regular Sephoras here, since it’s connected to Kohl’s.
This place is very nice, though! It’s not much smaller than the size of a regular Sephora location. Had most brands and nice workers.”

“While visiting New Haven, I wandered into this store in search of a bow tie during the holiday season. The gentleman, who may have been the owner, helped me sift through a bountiful selection of ties in a basket. He insisted I sample a cookie or two from a wonderful tray baked by his wife. A Frank Sinatra medley played in the background. A phenomenal customer experience and I highly encourage you to wander into Enson's Menswear when you're in New Haven!”

“I needed a new suit for a formal wedding I was attending in a week, and given my Hitchcockesque frame, I am not easy to fit. Mr. Ferrucci had a beautiful suit that fit, and made the needed alterations in time. I received many compliments at the event. I am thankful for high quality men's clothiers, it is so much better to get fitted than to take chances with online orders which in recent years have not worked for me.”

I have increased my trips both in the store and online thanks to the level of customer service excuse me customer care Miles has displayed. I feel very welcome and safe shopping here. The styles are truly one of one quality trendy without being too cliche.There is a reason this location continues to reign supreme. It was all the rage 17 years ago when I was in my early college days . It is nice to see new generations of shoppers experiencing a brand that is truly a lifestyle.
Miles is truly one of one and has single handedly restored my love for the Urban Outfitters.Miles handles watch customer with such passion and care. “This menswear store offers an excellent and broad selection of classically styled formal and casual wear. The prices may be considered on the higher end, but the quality of the products justifies the expense.
I am fond of this store for several reasons: 1) the staff are knowledgeable about the finer details of classic menswear, which is critical when you are being fitted for a suit, 2) the styling of their garments often incorporates more classic menswear elements such as fuller cuts and higher rises, and 3) their garments are generally made with high quality materials and manufacturing methods.
We are fortunate that this gem of a store exists in New Haven, and I encourage you to explore it.”
“This store is well stocked and well maintained. After a long time away from mass produced clothing at full price, I realized a lot of it was no longer my style. However, I scored a nice button up long sleeves shirt to wear over dresses and tops that I quite liked - also because I got it at about 67% off. I would come back here again but not all the time. I scored a lot more like new finds at the Goodwill close by.”

“I love this Plato’s closet! I'm a frequent thrift store shopper and spend a lot of my time in several Platos closets a week. Rick, Sage and Leia are always very kind to me and helpful!
After reading some of the negative reviews all I have to say is, when you go to sell your items, this place is a business. Even if you think your items are in style and trendy doesn’t necessarily mean that it will be profitable for this business. Is it disappointing when you curate bins full of items to then have it turned down? Yes. But there's no reason to then leave negative reviews just because Plato’s closet is just doing what they need to do as a business.
I probably come once or twice a week to this location and to no fail I am always warmly greeted, treated respectfully and have a wonderful experience.”
