Rooms are okay. Location is clean/safe enough. Manager is very unpleasant though, very mean to guests and on a bit of a power trip where if you upset her in any way she just immediately cancels your reservation and kicks you out. Terrible way to run a business honestly, book at your own risk

Not bad, especially for the price. It's nice that they have non- smoking and smoking rooms. The first floor smelled kind of like mildew. Bathroom and tub were good.

Staff member was really lovely checking us in. Very friendly and kind. That said, everything smells like smoke no matter if you choose smoking or non smoking and there's no insulation between rooms so I hope you like listening to your neighbor's crappy Indi music until almost 1am 😀

Excellent service overall...rooms neat clean,manager very nice and profesional ,front desk welcome you with a smile,service attendant and maintenance always take care you needs wonderful stay I'll be back.

Worst stay ever. Middle of the night the under if the toilet was gushing water, feces, urine and used toilet paper. When I woke up to what seems like a foot of water on my floor, most likely about an inch or so I get up to see what’s up and hit the back of my head hard(saw stairs) and again 5 minutes later so I was trying to sop everything up. That time I backed out: also I should mention my suitcase and all of my belongings were on the floor. Some things included were my hp photo computer and cannon pix hi def photo printer. When I went to the front desk for help the desk “agent” was rude and make it seem like it would be a problem to call 911. Maintenance came the next day and tried to blame me overflowing (yet there was no bath stopper) ended up cutting the stay early and had to go to the hospital. Have a concussion. I called the customer service line 3 separate times claiming I would have three separate investigations for a refund.. Now that I’m better enough to be able to investigate, the refund was a mere fraction of what I spent
Customer care told me I needed to get in touch with the property. I called them twice and the young man who answered the phone was so rude that he hung up on me the first time and then the second time hung up on me once he realized that I recorded our first conversation and I was currently recording The present one perhaps by leaving this review, someone can get in touch with me

The motel has a bad weird smell to it. The hall was not clean and so what was the room. The toilet showed clear signs of its previous user. Didn't feel like touching anything. Bed and mattress also make you feel like being in a filthy uncomfortable space. Never again. Find a different place even if it means spending a little more money.

The motel six is an excellent motel and they treat people with decent and respect and they listen well. I would recommend you staying here when you’re in Brantford, Connecticut, or the greater New Haven area. I would recommend speaking to Anisha, who who was Who was trained by glory I cannot think about a better hotel with the money I paid than this

Hotel has not been updated. All the hallways smell. They offer coffee only , no breakfast of any sort. The faucet in the room that we're at when you turn it on water sprays all over the counter The hotel just in bad need of repair.

Did all these people leaving 5 star reviews actually stay at the same Motel 6? This place was a dump. The only reason I booked it is that I look for motels without carpeting for my dogs and this one fit the bill. Other than that, I can't say anything else good about this place. The room was bad. The toilet kept running, there was very little water pressure in the sink faucet, I saw someone else's hair in the tub and the decor reminded me of a prison cell -sparse! There wasn't a microwave and refrigerator in my room. I thought most Motel 6's had these in all rooms. It also looks like this place is home to people who live here vs. travelers. The motel smelled stale and there was also lingering smoke smell in the halls. No shampoo, body wash or hair dryer - so bring your own. In contrast, I stayed at a Motel 6 the next night in VA which was like staying at the Ritz. Pay a few extra bucks and stay elsewhere. I do not recommend this Motel 6.
