As soon as I walked in, I was by the nicest women. As someone who gets timid by nail salons, they made me feel so comfortable. I showed an inspo picture and it came out amazing, and the best part is that she did not bat an eye when I asked for short nails. I highly recommend this salon. I also wanted to add the cleaniness of the salon.

I have been going to this nail salon for 17 years and absolutely love it. The staff are like family and do an exceptional job. Even my teenage daughter loves getting her nails done here. They are so good with all the modern shapes and designs.

I am a long standing customer of Mrs. Nail. The staff is always professional and attentive. The salon is always clean. I would definitely recommend this salon. I have never been disappointmented in their workmanship and attention to detail.

I've been coming to this nail salon for years, and it never disappoints! The staff is always warm and welcoming, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure every visit is perfect. The quality of their work is outstanding—my nails always look flawless and last so well. It's hard to find a place you can trust, but this salon has earned my loyalty time and time again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a go-to spot!

I went to this this salon today and got treated really bad the Mexican lady in there was very rude and racist towards me she skip some of the steps during the pedicure because she didn’t really want to do my feet I will never go back and I would not recommend if your black !! Also my pants was very loose I had on yoga pants and so did my friend but she got the full service it’s very clear black people shouldn’t go there they treat us differently!!!

I am a truck driver from Canada, and I go to many salons across North America. I had a mani/pedi I picked the middle of the road pedi package and also had my old acrylic removed off my finger nails. I must say they did a wonderful job. One of the best services I have ever had. I will definitely return if I am ever in the Branford Connecticut area. Thank you ladies for this wonderful service!!!!

My mom & I have been getting our nails done for about four years or so & have always enjoyed it up until the last year. About a year ago we both noticed we both had toe fungal infection which were verified by a podiatrist who said it is very common since fungus loves moisture & darkness. Think about a nail color container & if you use it on someone who has a nail fungus infection. The brush transfers it into the container contaminating & growing since it is now locked in until it is used on the next person. I didn’t blame the nail salon since it is somewhat of a common issue that a lot of people aren’t aware of. Toe nail fungus is had to get rid of so we stopped getting our toe nails done until recently. Fast forward to a week or so ago, I had told the nail salon about the issue making sure they were comfortable doing our toes. If they had said no we would have fully understood since we don’t want anyone else to have this issue. I brought my own polish in for my toes & one for my mother’s toe’s since we don’t want to transfer the fungal infection onto another person. I noticed after they put my polish on, without even asking, they used their own top coat on my foot even though, once again, they were fully aware of the issue. I confronted the owner & she asked me to buy the top coat that was used on my toes. I said no & I asked her if she was going to throw it out but did not answer even though I informed her once again the fungal infection could transfer to another client. I was ignored & it was not thrown out.
I was not happy but continued that same day to get my gal manicure on my hands done. I felt very uncomfortable with what had just happened & was not in the best mood. A man & his girlfriend came into the salon & I looked over since the male was very loud. I had no intentions on giving the guy a mean look, but sometimes I do have a RBF & I guess he thought it was directed towards him. He said out loud “some people have an attitude with me being here”. At first I did not know that comment was directed towards me but I realized later it was. The guy was very loud talking to his girlfriend & she kept asking him to lower his voice. When we went to leave he made more comments out loud & it took everything in me to hold my tongue since this man was just looking for a problem & I didn’t want to him to do anything since he seemed unstable. His girlfriend kept asking him to stop & he didn’t. We paid & left the salon. I later found out from my mother who has neuropathy issues & sometimes stumbles a little when she gets up from her seat that the same guy made a comment about that as well saying “& this lady can’t even stand up properly”. If I had heard that I might have lost it. I understand that this man has issues but the fact that my mom & I were bullied & the owner clearly saw it & didn’t speak up says it all to me. Like I mentioned at the beginning, I have been coming to this salon with my mother for four years & both issues show me that they don’t care about their loyal customers. We will not be returning.

Slow as molasses and sloppy. I've been going to that nail salon for 20 years. Changed hands several times. Will never go back!

Today was my first time to Mrs. Nails and I plan to come back. The salon was clean, the staff were incredibly nice, price was quite reasonable and my nails and my 84 year old Mom’s were a beautifully done! I recommend calling and making an appointment because it made for a smooth process. They were able to get me in on the same day! Absolutely love!
