“I spoke with Chuck, I believe at the Thimble Branford Postal Office, and he couldn’t have been more helpful, patient and attentive to the needs of my call. It’s nice when you can feel a employee caring about the issue and doing his or her very best. I would have done the phone survey after the call had ended but I waited and it never came on and then just hung up. But I knew I had to give Chuck props and thanks otherwise I wouldn’t have felt right if I didn’t. I hope he gets accommodation he so richly deserves.”
