Taylor was an amazing sales person! She answered all of my questions and with patience and care. She was very thorough with sharing all of my options. Rodney was also great to work with regarding finance. He makes things very quick and easy to understand. We love Subaru!

I love Premier Subaru and the people working here are really wonderful. I just have one suggestion : PLEASE allow us to schedule an appointment for our oil changes. The wait time has become ridiculous. The last 3 times I have brought my car in for an oil change I’ve waited over 2 hours each time. Same story for other family members who own Subarus. This first-come-first-served system isn’t working out very well for the customers.

Always an amazing experience. Taylor was incredible. She asked all the right questions to help get me into a new car with all the important extras. She is very amenable, fun to work with and answered every single one of my questions. She made my trade-in experience great too! I worked with Jack on the financial component - again with ease. This review is long overdue, but here it is:I moved here from NYC, never owned a car before. In March of this year, I had to buy my first car. My brother had positive experiences purchasing his vehicles in March 2021 and December 2022, so we returned to Premier Subaru to search for mine. Matt was our salesman and Phillip handled the financial component. I purchased an Impreza sedan on a Saturday. After "running some numbers" we changed our minds and contacted the sales team, who responded quickly during the weekend and were understanding of the situation. On Monday, we returned to the dealership and found the car I wanted, my Subaru Crosstrek. Phillip did the financial paperwork all over again (sorry for the added work, Phil!), but we were met with nothing but the utmost patience and professionalism throughout the entire process by everyone at the dealership. I drove my first car home that same day. The next morning, Matt called me to check-in and see how the ride home in my new car went. The staff at Premier Subaru make high quality customer service look easy - they treated us like family and we are truly grateful. My family and I will return for our future vehicles, and we recommend Premier Subaru to anyone looking to buy/sell their vehicles.

Purchased a 2023 Forester to replace the 2014 Forester I was driving. Used the Costco Auto purchase program which saved a significant amount of $. The whole process was relatively quick as I was purchasing a new vehicle which was had just arrived on the lot. The Premier staff I met with were friendly and courteous and help me work through the various steps. I was able to pick up the new car the next afternoon after the two non-standard accessories were installed. Overall a good experience

Some say that it’s just the vehicle that matters, and not where you purchase it from. I would equate comparing premier Subaru to another dealership like a fine wine . I had a vehicle held at another dealership, and I was treated like any other person that walks off the street looking for a good deal. Premier was responsive towards my needs in a vehicle and how to get me there . From sales, to finance, I’d rate premier over 5 stars. It was such a pleasure, I am going to make the extended drive forMaintenance. ??????

Everyone was very helpful, from the first time I walked into the dealership. Dmitry answered all of my questions, he explained, all the features on the Outback. He opened the hood so I could look at the engine. He also showed me the automatic hatchback. I returned on Saturday so my husband could take a look at the hatchback. Dmitry was helping another customer, since we just popped in on a busy Saturday, I was not sure anyone would have time for us. To my surprise, Taylor came over, answered all my husbands questions and took us for a test drive. I had such a great experience with everyone there. I would absolutely recommend Premier to anyone looking to buy a Subaru.

Worst buying experience ever do not recommend buying from them wish I bought elsewhere very deceptive business practices do your research don't buy from premier after they got my money they didn't want to help me Plan on calling Subaru direct the state of ct dmv the better business bureau etc etc making it my mission in life to tell people not to buy from them Poor customer service plan on posting everywhere so people don't buy from them and get taken To bob alvine I reached out to your your sales managers They didn't want to help me they gave me the run around

My wife and I purchased a 2020 Subaru Forester Touring at the Dealership in Branford in Feb 2020. We were impressed with how the Dealership treated the sale. My wife recently damaged the exhaust system by pulling off the road to avoid hitting a deer, it needed replacing the whole system. We were impressed by the service advisor Cristal Bello who was very professional, patient and thorough in getting it replaced. While dealing with our insurance company. When we came to pick it up we met Bob the Owner of the dealership. We were impressed by him as well. We will continue to get the car serviced there. Thanks for the great customer service. A truly great dealership

I recently had the occasion to return to Premier Subaru for service. I love my Crosstrek but my CD player had ceased to function. I love to drive and ca do so for hours as long as I have my music!! I left my car, returned the next to obtain a loaner while a new player was installed. Very easy! However, driving home I discovered that I had lost my Sirius radio, my music!!! I immediately returned and my service representative, Michael Gagliardi, spent a lot of time negotiating with Sirius, ultimately getting it back for a small fee which he then credited to my account! I will never go elsewhere for service!!

Beware of large markups on parts prices above MSRP and deceptive invoice statements listing retail prices that are not the actual MSRP, but the inflated price.I recently had the strut and mount replaced on my 2018 WRX at Premier Subaru in Branford. When I received the invoice, I looked on Premiers parts website to understand what exactly was being replaced. I was shocked to see that the prices Premier charged me for the two parts was 32% and 54% higher than MSRP, and 83% and 89% higher than Premier charges to purchase online and pickup in the service department mere feet away from where I stood. Despite these drastic markups the invoice which lists the retail and actual price listed the inflated price for both retail and actual, deceiving the customer into thinking they are paying Subaru's MSRP. When I questioned this Premier Subaru did not have a rationale for the practice and without explanation gave me a $147 discount, which was less than half the markup above MSRP.

From the moment I entered the showroom I was impressed; I was greeted by Andy who immediately then contacted a salesperson; while waiting for him she brought the car I was interested in up front and showed me some of the features on the car, Ralph Ruiz from sales took me for a test drive. Ralph made sue I was happy with the car I was interested in and walked me through the sales process. Everyone at the dealership wanted to be sure I was happy with the car and assured me they would be happy to help if I had any questions as I was becoming familiar with all the features.I would highly recommend the Premier dealership, I had visited other dealerships none came close to the customer service shown at Premier.

I dropped by Premier for an oil change without an appointment. They promptly took my car in and showed me the comfortable waiting room while they perform the oil change. I was out of there in a reasonable amount of time and they let me know what to expect at my next oil change. It was a great experience.

Had a great experience at Premier Subaru. Our salesperson Tim, was patient, informative, and not aggressive or pushy. I would recommend anyone looking for a Subaru to go to Premier and ask for Tim! The finance guy Jack was also great, awesome sense of humor, and laid everything out clearly and concisely.

I had a noise that I couldn't identify on a Saturday morning. I contacted Premier and they suspected I had picked up a rock in the wheels and gave me tips for correcting or to come in to the service department. I came in and needed my tires rotated anyway. The work was done, the rock fell out, and I was charged $34.95. I was so relieved and very pleased with the service and response time.Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
