She was teaching a new hire and she said “The F in Fedex stands for family, and we try to treat everyone like they’re our own.” It was then I realized that I had probably spoken with her on the phone a few times that week too. Nadine is the type of person that keeps people coming back to Fedex instead of going to the competition. She was incredibly hard working, patient and kind to everyone I saw her interact with.
