I can always depend on them to do a great job at a fair price. They explain the problem and give you options , when available and I have never felt that they have told me I needed something that was not needed. In case you have to wait and the weather is good, it is only a 10 min. walk down to the Stoney Creek pier for the great views and a few places to eat.

Met John by chance 1 day talking about cars. Asked him to take a look at my vehicle not even knowing he has an auto shop. He looked at my car the same day and helped plan out a course of action for repairs. The single best experience I have had with a repair shop. I will be going back here for all future repairs. I had my first experience with Stony Creek Auto service today. My vehicle is a vintage (1998) VW camper. John Jr. looked over my brakes and did an oil change. We worked together on where to procure parts for the brakes. We have the brake service scheduled for when the parts arrive. I am especially appreciative of John's calm demeanor. I am pleased that I chose them. I wish I had picked them earlier.

This is a small shop in stony creek, the guys who work here are friendly and honest about your car. I didn't feel they upselled me even though I came in and did more than I expected. There was an issue with them not having my number so that did slow things down. The waiting room is rather small and there is not much nearby. I would recommend a second vehicle follow you if you have to wait a long time. The labor is more pricey so this place tends to be more expensive than your average shop but you do get peace of mind
