My rent was just raised by $100 a month!! I was shocked! That’s right an increase of $100 at once!! What did I do wrong to be taken advantage of like this. Never missed a payment once! Gotta look for options.☹️Keep in mind these are not fixed rates you are getting.

This place is truly ripping off its customers rates start off at one thing and then they go up several times a year I started out paying $500 for my unit three years ago and I’m already up to almost $850 in about three years it’s ridiculous and truly a rip off What they are doing there. When speaking to any management, they simply say it’s the company, I have several different storage spaces. I rent from different places and this is the only place that goes up so much all the time. It is Impossible that there are increasing that much. They hook you in with low prices and then they increase them ridiculously. Compared to the rate, I started out just three years ago. I’m already spending $4200 more a year that they have gone up per. IT IS TRULY Ridiculous. I will be leaving this storage facility soon Because of this But I thought that anyone coming in should know what to expect. It’s quite ridiculous that people who come into the facility you are being offered lower pricing then customers who have been loyal and stayed with this facility throughout the years as we are getting charged more than newcomers., it’s quite unfair

While the facility is clean, and staff friendly, the rate increases every nine months are exorbitant. I am told they are “corporate “. Whether it is corporate greed or not, it is ridiculous to expect tenants who pay their storage rent on time to “negotiate” every “nine” months. We found a cheaper, similar, local option. Hopefully, they wake up! In one year we were increased over one hundred dollars....”MOVING ON “!!!

Impressed by the cleanliness. This is not your average storage. It's actually carpeted, very well lit and warm with security cameras. Ot felt safe.
