TK has been my go to nail salon for more than 10 years. The owner and other technicians are always kind and welcome me with a smile. I am always happy with the consistency of good service, cleanliness of the space, and will continue to keep as my nail salon for years to come.

Horrible Salon. Filthy!! The bathroom is disgusting and my mother always said if a business can't clean a bathroom, don't go there!! The staff was so rude and there are far better and cleaner salons up the road.

TK has been my go-to salon since I moved to Branford! I am a regular with Tiana and her work is amazing. Even though I’m not their client, I am always greeted by name with such kindness by The Guy and Lynn. They have a comfortable waiting area with an extensive selection of polishes to choose from. They play great music too. I feel at home when I’m at TK. I always get so many compliments on my nails!

I started at this salon several months ago. At each appointment I was taken by different technician. Now it seems I am a regular with a female. Lovely person good with one color application but no talent with special applications. Don’t know how to tell her without hurting her feelings????
Also not happy with woman who does pedicure. Time to change salons!!!

I wanted to leave a well deserved great review for TK Nails on Branford Hill. I am not one to usually bother to get manicures but coming to TK has inspired me to take better care of my nails. I have seen Tiana several times and am delighted with the professional and lovely manicures she has done that last much longer than they're supposed to. She repaired damaged nails as well and these repaired areas did very well between manicures. I highly recommend this small family run business. Always clean friendly and professional.

Zero stars ! WORST pedicure I’ve had. And for $40 itbloos like a toddler painted them. I was even told by my daughter how awful my toes looked. Live and learn and I will never go back

A toddler has done given me a better pedicure. Over priced, sloppy dont know why I didn't go to my usual place. Lesson learned - should've done them myself.

Everyone is AMAZING here! Very professional, and great pricing! This business is fairly new, but Tiana has been doing my nails for 24 years and is FABULOUS! THEY ALL ARE AMAZING! GREAT PLACE!!

After only 10 days my gel is cracked, lifted, and has started peeling. I've never had an issue with gel before and this manicure was $64. I paid too much for uneven lines and a manicure that didn't last me even a week and a half.

This place is so unprofessional it’s insane. I’m not going to sit here and explain my terrible experience because I have better things to spend my time on. They’re extremely money hungry, unprofessional and as you can see from other reviews they are extremely defensive. Read the other reviews and see for yourself. I love TK and everyone that works their, I’ve NEVER had a bad experience and always love the jobs they do! But beyond that they are really great people and remember everything from the way I like my nails done to what grade my daughter is in. I always feel at home and welcomed every time I go, and they’re so kind in working around my crazy work schedule. I’ll never use another nail salon as long as TK is around!Services: Nail painting

Worst customer service and rude. First time customer and had the worst experience. We were traveling 30 minutes to get there and got stuck in I95 traffic. We called to let them know we were running late. When we walked in 35 minutes late, they acted as if we didn’t have an appointment. She finally acknowledged us and she said I have customer in 15 minutes, you’re 40 minutes late. I apologized and said we hit heavy traffic. Can you please do my 90 year old mother’s nails. I wasn’t asking her to take someone’s appointment but she didn’t offer any reschedule. I said we traveled far. She immediately said, you should have left earlier, I again explained there was an accident on I95 and we called. Then she said repeated her comment and said next time leave earlier, at this point I said there will not be a next time. She then started shouting “get out, get out”. Their one single customer getting a pedicure looked horrified as she heard the owner shouting get out. The place was empty on a Saturday with 3 employees - That should tell you something.We immediately left and went right next door to the adjacent plaza at Simply Nails & Spa (see photo). Unlike TK, Simply Nails was full of customers as you would expect on a Saturday. The gentleman came to greet us and was very friendly.
