“I needed a truck last minute and a very nice young man named Croix assisted me. I was able to be in and out in under 20 minutes! He was very efficient, explained everything very clearly, and very kind. I’ll make sure to come back to this location anytime I need anything because he was so great!”

“The New Haven office is great and the two women who work the desk are both excellent. We received a new 2025 blue Nissan wirh only ca. 3300 miles in pristine condition (clean and sparkling!). We had no problems at all and we even received a ride to the airport from Kay (delightful young lady and a great, careful drive!) for our flight from Tweed-New Haven airport. We recommend Rent a Wreck very highly - their prices are excellent!”
“I couldn’t recommend Route 80 Storage more! Christine makes the entire process seamless—from sign-up to monthly payments to move-out. She’s always friendly, helpful, and truly a joy to work with. The facility itself is incredibly convenient, with moving trucks, boxes, and more available on site to make your move stress-free. It was an absolute pleasure storing my things here.
A special shoutout to Christine's furry friend, Spencer, the adorable office pup and the best greeter around! ?”
“The location at Route 80 Self Storage in Branford is excellent. Very organized and the prices beat everyone. The team here really knows how to maintain the trucks and has great customer service.”
“Fantastic Company to do business with they will go the extra mile to resolve problems and get the job done the Dumpster was delivered on time thank you Ann Marie”
“Thank you, Taya, Sherwin, and Sabrina for providing excellent support. Had a great experience with Penske. Just one thing for prospective customers picking up the truck at Home Depot locations, they could not accept mobile payments (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, etc) for checking out. This is true as of August 2024.”

“I had such a good experience here that I wanted to be sure to leave a review. I think Rich was the gentleman that helped me and my boyfriend with a truck/dolly return. I had had an incredibly negative experience with the Budget location in Lexington KY for my one way rental that I was fully expecting the same terrible customer service from all locations. This location at Tripps was exceptional and helped me understand my receipt before I left the location. He clarified the policy on deposits and I left feeling really good about my experience there. Super helpful. I'll never use Budget again, but I would feel very comfortable going to him with other business as he seems very honest and straightforward. Thank you for your excellent customer service.”

“From making reservations to picking up truck and returning was quick and easy. Truck was clean and in excellent condition I have always had a pleasurable experience with U-Haul and will definitely continue to use them when needed in the future.”
“The techs here are fantastic! Quick quality work! My truck runs excellent and looks excellent thanks to all the techs!

“I have a good experience using the U-Haul truck I drive it from Connecticut to Ohio of course I was thinking about bringing my home furniture using a Moving Company, but it was so expensive to bring all my stuff from the state of state and final it chose the U-Haul truck it more cheaper I recommend it to anyone looking for a good price”

“The only issue I have is uhaul is not helpful with customer in financial situations instead of them quick to auction off there belongs they should offer some sort of help and they don't the expect full payment if customers belongings are in storage that's a clear indication that they hit hard times”
“This place is fantastic. We were in luck that they had a van to accommodate our crew, with same day pickup. We we're were rushing, as we needed the vehicle, but he was insisting he needed to detail the vehicle.
When the credit company in charge of releasing the deposit was delayed in releasing my funds, Rent a Wreck was honest and understanding.
I will definitely work with him/them again. No bullsh*t. Pleasure to deal with. No hassle.
Two years from now.... I am gonna need a van. Hold it for me. Thank you.”
“I believe Rob helped set me up on the first day phenomenal human and very helpful everyone has been very kind here and has restored my faith in this brand after a few negative experiences.”

“Very kind and patient. Erick was very helpful and made my whole situation seamless. He answer all my questions without judgment or sarcasm even if my questions should have been common sense. He cleared up all my confusion politely and professionally. I didn't work directly with Vinny but he was very welcoming and attentive. Joe was nice as well. Very nice and fair people from my experience. Erick went above and beyond even helping me carry my heavy part back and forth to my truck and unstraping it. Thank you again Erick, you're appreciated! Great job guys! Great place. I usually get worried about truck shops taking advantage or ripping me off. THIS PLACE IS A PLACE I CAN GO WITH COMFORT. 100% RECOMMEND”
