“First I want to ask managers to be on the floor to check on your staff because they leave the client go round the store without asking them if they can help. This afternoon I came into the store and I ask 3 people on the floor and they couldn't help me but refered me to wrong line for the storage bin I was looking for. But the fourth person I finally consulted her name is miss Faye the Garden Associate guided me to the right place and helped me load the 13 storage bins 27 gallon black and yellow covers I bought. I rate the store 5 start because of Miss Faye. Otherwise my rating was zero. You have a bunch of staff loafing around the store, doing nothing. The lids were on top of the shelves and how do you expect your client to climb to get the lids, yet you have staff employed to assist your clients. In short I was very disappointed of the services. Next time I will name them one by one to report them at your corporate office.”
“My wife and I recently moved to Fairfield. We first got an induction stove top from Marsillio’s. Because of the great customer services, competitive prices, and convenient location, we went back for a washer/dryer and a freezer. Josh helped us with everything. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.”
“Andre diagnosed and fixed our broken JennAir oven after we moved into our new home. While it was expensive (>$800) to repair the broiler and install some safety valves as it had been fitted incorrectly for propane, Andre was so nice, informative, and helpful, explaining everything in detail. I'm so glad he was our service rep and hope to work with him again if we ever have any appliance issues in the future!”
“Had a great experience with Christian at Affordable Appliance Repair.
He showed up on time and was able to successfully troubleshoot and fix the issue (Bosch dishwasher repair.) The job was completed quickly and efficiently. I’d absolutely work with them again!”
“UPDATE
They finally have Google/Apple Pay.
I really wish Home Depot would allow us to pay with our phones. As in Google/Apple Pay etc.
I'm also spoiled by online shopping, I find it annoying when a store doesn't have the parts I want in stock.”
“Tommy in the Derby location was extremely helpful with the paint and knowledgeable. I had a few questions about the paint brushes and he had no hesitation. I would definitely recommend his customer service and friendly attitude.”
“Kes is exceptional!! He found everything we needed, and is just a sweetheart of a person. This was a great experience at the Stratford Home Depot. James was very helpful too. Thank you!!!”
“Just wanted to say “Thank You” so much to William who helped my husband and I out on Saturday am. He went the extra mile showing us different Ryobi products and explaining the battery options. So very pleased to have met him, and very happy with his customer service.”
“John in the Pharmacy is a super hero, got my prescription transferred to Walmart, my meds are in stock and ready for pickup. That’s customer service at its finest in a world where it doesn’t exist anymore. Thanks John!”
“Purnell went above and beyond for me after Penskee screwed up my rental. This man deserves a raise and the only reason I will ever rent from them again is because of this man. Home Depot you better keep this man at all costs.Thank you Purnell!”
“Was pleasantly surprised of the great selection of home and garden supplies compared to other Home Depots, store is very organized and maintained, parking lot is ample and clean”

“I ordered online and picked it up at the store. I didn't have to wait and the associate was very helpful. He delivered and parked my 65' TV in the car which I appreciated very much.”

“Ramon and Isaiah were very respectful and efficient. They went above and Beyond. To please us. Also James and James gave me their professional advice. When it was needed. We definitely are satisfied.”
“This Home Depot is my hometown store. Essentially it has everything the other stores have, my only criticism is the fact that some items are not the same as other stores nearby. For example, whenever I visit the Fairfield store in the front, outside they normally have grills and other items in the front- but some of the items the Fairfield store has are not the same which are out in the front of the Bridgeport store. The Fairfield store has all types of Weber grills and other high end models but in the Bridgeport store you have the lower models. I wonder why. But essentially for all most hardware, tools and paint needs it is about the same. One thing I will say is the employees at the Bridgeport store seem to be a lot nicer.”
