I bumped my rating up to 3 stars because they did refund our money. Additionally, the roads were really bad after Ida. I'm leaving three stars because the lack of communication between us and the driver as well as us and the company was worth docking two stars.

Excellent service and management. I was going out with friends to go eat and relax in Manhattan and Avon Limo gave us a Avon experience. The was extraordinary very responsive and polite. The ride overall was outstanding, the drinks in the limo were exactly what I asked for. I would for sure be coming back for another ride.
