Staff is very helpful ..bought 4 handguns there over last 3 years and paperwork is extensive .. took dog also he loves the store ... the only thing I change is if they had more displays with sale items on it to grab customers attention

My feed back wasnt as inviting as others but ok...
So I went back (promotion) and met another wonderful, polite, full of energy and knowledge, Terra! Terra was very informative and has great character. I'm sure that I will see her again!!!!
So I have to remove a star because I wasn't informed that I was receiving a floor model product. It would have been nice to make my own decision as to whether I wanted it or to wait for another to come in; or even purchase something different. That, I am not please with. Other than that. The service was good. Tricky, but good,
