Jacob was amazing,
I came in this morning for my yearly upgrade after my phone started to act up.
Jacob was so sweet and patient with me browsing the phones. He was understanding, knowledgeable and attentive all while juggling a steady stream of customers looking to pay bills in between.
He was very impressive and kind and
I highly recommend this location for phone related needs it seems to have the most outstanding team!!!!

So I purchased an Iphone on April, 29th and decided to return it the next day because it was an iphone 7 and I thought it was an iphone 7 plus. On the boost website the iphone 7 is $179 and the iphone 7 plus is $229....and I paid $250 for the iphone 7. After trying to return the phone for the 3rd time with a supervisor with boost on the line they said they would honor their 7 day return policy but I had to go to the 2418 main st location downtown. I travel downtown and could not find the store anywhere only to try and call the store twice and no answer. Then I decide to block my number and call back and BOOM they answer! I kindly decided to just ask where is your location because I am downtown lost ( I just moved here). The guy on the line insisted on asking whom he was speaking with only to tell me they are located further from downtown and he can not tell me if he will be able to issue me a refund if I come all the way down there! For Jason the guy who sold me the phone and Nazeem who led me on a wild goose chase your level of customer service is outright disgusting and I will make sure to never spend or recommend your shady services EVER. SCAMMERS!

Lady was very rude, doesn't know the customer service at all. You can't make customer happy with free giving. Need to learn how to talk with people. Never ever Coming back.

They couldn't put a line on my iPhone and they didn't want to refund the money I paid.
I went to another boost mobile in Trumbull and they put me on line without any problem other than not giving me my money back. They made fun of me because I simply bought my cell phone cheaper than the ones they sell.
Terrible service

After speaking to Boost telephone Support I needed a new Boost Mobile SIM chip. They said it should cost about $10.00 and suggested I go locally to get my phone back in service as fast as possible. I went to Park City Wireless on Main Street in Bridgeport. It is a nice looking store. I was told it would cost $50.00 ( a $30.00 discount ) to get the SIM card in my phone. When I asked why I was told it was 25 for the chip.. 25 to activate. NO THANK YOU!!!! RIP OFF---SCAMMERS RIP OFF---SCAMMERS
