Contacted CRN last year to find me a new home insurance policy as my had increased. Worked with Jose who found me a great policy, saving me almost $1000 annually! So why isn't this a Five star review? I contacted them again recently to help find me a new auto policy as mine was increased by my current carrier. I sent over all documents as they requested with the promise they would get back to me soon. Well 3 weeks and several phone calls later to check the progress and with multiple promises of a call back to update me, my calls have yet to be returned. I guess its better to know now that the follow-up is sub-par than in an emergency if I ever had to file a claim.

They made me move my policies on price alone , coverage was no good. Also once I spoke to insurance company directly they said my policy will cancel anyways because my type of policy was not in their “appetite “ These reviews have to be fake
