There’s always a long line for the pharmacy in this location. I understand the high volume traffic and need for medication, but you would think they would hire to satisfy the amount of customers they see. They are always understaffed and there is always only ONE register open with a line that wraps through the aisles. Unfair to elderly ppl and ones traveling with children to have to wait in line for 20/30 min every time we come here .

It is like pulling teeth, trying to get a hold of these people from this pharmacy. They do little to nothing within their jobs. I don’t get a callback regarding my medication, which I’ve been waiting for over a week now and I still haven’t had a response from any of them whatsoever. Their answering machine Is horrible and I’m not even able to talk to a real person which only makes it more frustrating to get my meds. The lack of care and understanding these people possess is really something else because I don’t understand how someone with mental health problems. Can’t even get a simple medication refill after waiting for almost 2 weeks now. If you need to get a refill or you need an update on your meds, this is the last place to go to because they honestly don’t care about their clients. Don’t waste your time with these people.

I had a good experience at CVS even though I only found One of two items. Wait period at checking out was ok, Not too long and the Cashier was very cordial and pleasant

I called CVS pharmacy on main Street in Bridgeport Connecticut that is open 24 hours I asked if I can get cash back when making a purchase with my debit card I was told yes after arriving there I went to make a purchase and get my cash back and was told that they do not do cash back after 9:00 however the website and everything else says nothing about that so I ran out of gas on my way home not being able to get my cash back because the only gas station that was close to me was having a problem with their debit card system and would only take cash on my way home I was also hit by a car walking due to the negligence of CVS..

The pharmacy is completely unorganized! How does a pharmacist fill a prescription and then misplace it?! Then not have that same rx in stock when asked to redo it. It’s ridiculous!

Negative 5 stars. When I call the pharmacy I need to speak to a person. IVR is not appropriate for serious issues like medication questions. People don’t call the pharmacy to wait around for an hour for a call back. Put people back in the medicine.

Don't see the purpose of this store. Requesting customer service for a medicine that's a in a closed case and have waited for over 4 minutes then went to the cashier..the stupid lady going to ask how can she help when they are doing the floors.. how the hell you get behind the counter and why are you open..smh..Walgreens saved the day
