I don’t know what the problem is with the workers at this pharmacy lately but I transferred some prescriptions from cvs to cvs and they claim to have “forgotten” to send them over to the new cvs, they’re playing with people’s health and well being! Completely unacceptable.

Great Experience and Friendly Staff. Skyler is a very impeccable pharmacy Technician. I am also happy that they received my prescription in minutes. The staff from 1875 Boston Avenue go above and beyond.

The store customer service was a 0. I retrieved a Sprite out of the cooler and went to self checkout. Its label was priced at $2.19 however it rung up $2.89 plus tax bringing it to $3.12. I brought to the cashier’s attention he said I’ll refund you and modify the price. I asked him about a price guarantee he said no not here. I asked for the manager he said I’ll refund you and modify the price. He too, said no “we don’t do that”. The manager seemed like he was over it and ready to leave work. The store was busy waiting 10 min just to cash out for the overpriced soda. I will NEVER visit that location again!!?

The service is horrible…!!!!!! the pharmacy employees are terribly rude, they do not respect, they have no education, what a bad attitude towards a customer. What a horrible place, it shouldn't be open…!!!

Boston Rd location is disgustingly run, I am appalled at the lack of work ethics from this store. The mismanagement is why the few good employees leave, as they get all the work thrown at them while management leaves them fending for the store alone many a time. Health violation with the refrigerators out back, don't buy anything cold as those units are always malfunctioning and now broken for a long period of time, with the cold items still left in the refrigerators. Signs are posted however not everyone can read english or can read for that matter. There is so much wrong with this location that I am surprised it is still opened.

You all hired a new set of pharmacist and it’s not working out for your locals. How are we being denied our regular prescriptions or being told to go else where. You all refuse to fill prescriptions or keep telling people they’ve already picked up meds that they haven’t. Get your business together you’ve become an inconvenience and unneeded establishment in the community.

The location on boston ave closed 30 mins early at 9:30 and when me and another customer were trying to get the wokers attention they just looked at us and kept working inside.
