The customer service at this establishment is absolutely atrocious, with one particular female employee standing out as perhaps the rudest individual I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. It’s not just her attitude; she wears these ridiculously long fingernails that seem to hinder her ability to even collect change properly. Instead of doing her job, she has the audacity to demand that I pick up the change and place it in her hands! As if that weren’t enough, she then storms off in the middle of assisting me, throwing a childish tantrum before returning to throw verbal insults at me.
To make matters worse, there’s a male employee who, without taking the time to fully understand the situation, jumps in to wrongly accuse me and unjustifiably kicks me out of the store. This place should seriously consider shutting its doors if they plan to continue hiring immature individuals who prefer to throw fits instead of behaving like responsible adults. The store itself is a complete mess, with aisles cluttered with junk, making it nearly impossible to navigate. Overall, the level of customer service is deplorable and far below acceptable standards.

Absolute dogwater place. Whoever is in charge should be replaced and they should demolish this entire store. Endless lines always without fail. Nothing is ever stocked when you need it. Selection sucks, the area is trashy, speaking of trash the place is covered in mounds of trash. A community eyesore and a genuine cesspit.

The manager is rude and some of the employees like to argue with customers for asking for help. Terrible customer service. They hate their job.

Horrible customer service, one girl who works there is one of the rudest person I've ever had the displeasure to encounter. Employees who would rather be on their phone than do their job. Lines ridiculously long. They never take down or replace discount displays and the isles are always packed with junk so you can't get through. Someone needs to get with the program and start hiring people who give a shit.

The line is way too long. People taking breaks on their busiest days. I work for DG store 22328 and we never make the customer wait. As the assistant store manager I will ring customers on my break as a customer courtesy. In this store shelves are empty and unorganized. There is only one cashier. There is no excuse as to why the store looks the way it does!

I went there to put money on my cashapp card and first she try to say we don't do that then she said we don't do over 200 and I said how I do it here and at other stores all the time and she said at this location we can't her name was Shelly I think she had glasses and was a older lady

I loved shopping at this place but unfortunately I'm not coming back, they cloned my card, I made the report and started an investigation which resulted in this being where they cloned it.Thanks to the people who were able to track down the information I realized it was here, I felt bad because it was one of my favorite stores but I prefer not to return, be very careful

Good store but there is a dark-haired cashier who is always in a bad mood and treats customers badly today. I went and she came out with disgust for just asking her a question. I felt like throwing things in her face. That was around 3 o'clock. pm she was working in the middle box

They accused me and my friend of stealing and we didn’t even do anything we walked in and we’re looking around then one of the workers told us we look suspicious and that the cameras were watching us.
