Second time at this shop. First time for a headlight replacement. This time for wipers. They were fast, friendly, competent, reasonably priced. All around very good!

I booked at 9 am for fixing the leaking. Came their at 9:00 am, waiting 5 minutes to get someone to talk to me. After telling them what I came for, waited 30 minutes and my car didn't move its place to be fixed! When I asked them, they told me your appointment is drop off! I didn't choose to be dropped off, and why I'm making an appointment if I'm not in hurry to get it fixed as soon as my appointment starts?! ?I asked them, alright, when my car will be fixed? He replied as soon as we finish the current cars! So, again what's the difference between someone booked an appointment in person and some one came and stope his car for the repair?!Therefore, I left and I don't think I'll come back again.

After years of being a loyal customer of this Firestone location, I will Not be returning. My normal customer experiences include, scheduling appointments and having that work done with recommendations for additional maintenance or recommending other items to be addressed. Today, I was given the "treatment" by Bill who handled my simple tire appointment and turned into a laundry list of dire other items that needed to be taken care of or I would not be safe driving. He was condescending and his approach was way over the top. Interestingly, I watched the other gentleman at the other counter tell his customer he and others would not be safe on the road driving his car without having his break line replaced. Possibly the corporate office has recommended this strategy to capture work and additional money. I personally prefer to keep a maintenance schedule of needed work so my car will stay running smoothly, but lying out-right to your loyal customer base is not the way. Today Ramone who normally handles my appointments and recommends work left for the day, so I was unfortunately checked out by this overbearing, untrustworthy guy who was determined that I wouldn't be leaving there without spending additional money. I agreed to make a future appointment the following week for breaks, rotors and calipers. Incidentally this same work has been recommended before and done. I will be looking for a non-corporate honest garage to take care of my car.

Scheduled an appt online, called before I went to confirm and talk about the car. Turns out they didn't work on Minis to that degree, but was given a spot on diagnosis over the phone after explaining what was going on. Really appreciate the kindness from that first phone call, I've never had work done but you can tell from that phone call that there are good, kind people working there.

It was going to be several hours before my car was going to be looked at and I had no way of getting home. Sergio did everything he could to try to help me and it ended up only being an hour wait. Absolutely incredible customer service. He went above and beyond. He was kind and personable. I am grateful and will remain a Firestone customer for years to come.

Firestone is not good. Go to Perez tire in Stratford. They are friendly , professional and have a very nice waiting area. I had an appointment with Firestone and got there early to be told I did not have an appointment. I was told this by the same person I made the appointment with over ther phone. Then he finally remembers. He comes out looks at my car and says they can not do it. It took Perez tires 30 minutes for a great alignment.

Extremely Dissatisfied with the Unprofessional Service at FirestoneI am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding the unprofessional service I recently received at your location on 300 John Street in Bridgeport. On [date], I dropped off my car at 4:00 pm and was explicitly instructed by your staff to return before the closing time of 7:00 pm to collect it. However, the entire experience turned out to be a complete waste of my valuable time.When I arrived at your establishment as instructed, I was shocked to hear from the technician that nobody had even touched my car or done anything to address my requested wheel alignment. I found this situation to be completely unacceptable, especially considering the fact that I was assured my car would be attended to promptly.To exacerbate my frustration even further, when I initially dropped off my vehicle, I was informed that there was only one car ahead of me, and the service would commence immediately. Based on this information, I arranged transportation using Uber, incurring unnecessary expenses, and returned home. Later, around 6:30 pm, I called for another Uber to the Firestone location, arriving at 6:48 pm, only to be informed of the lack of progress as mentioned earlier. This careless attitude towards customers' time and money is simply unacceptable.Adding insult to injury, there was no proactive communication from your end, informing me that my car would need to be left overnight or providing any updates on the status of the service. This lack of courtesy and basic customer service is deeply disappointing and does not reflect well on your establishment.As a customer, I have certain expectations when dealing with a service provider. These expectations include professionalism, timely service, and effective communication. Regrettably, my experience at Firestone Wheel not only failed to meet these expectations but fell far below them.I strongly urge you to address this issue promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure that such unprofessional behavior is not repeated in the future. It is my hope that you will investigate this matter thoroughly and provide a satisfactory resolution, which includes appropriate compensation for the wasted time and money incurred as a direct result of your staff's negligence
