“THE STORE IS NO LONGER LOCATED AT THE MAIN STREET ADDRESS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE AND IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING MOVED.I ordered online 2 days in advance, however the shipment wasn't properly processed due to technical issues and I had to call the store to resolve the issue. It took several phone calls to get ahold of someone however.When I did get ahold of someone, the woman I spoke to was extremely apologetic for the issue and wonderfully accommodating when it came to finding a resolution.I get the feeling that COVID really threw a monkey wrench in their operations, what with them being a small local shop and all.Overall, I had a great experience and will use them as my go-to in the future, though I will be sure to make an order much further in advance so as to make things easier for them.To all the staff at Rudy's, keep fighting the good fight.
