Horrible!! Fritz installed a furnace for me and did a horrible job. I’ve had to call other people to fix there problems. Loose wires in the unit and forgot to install a filter box on the unit. They just threw in the filter next to the motor inside the unit. So to change the filter you have to unscrew the unit. The filter have now exact place to put it so the fan just sucks it in when unit come on. I wish I can post photos. Really bad job.

I call Fritz to service my unit, and there were two young guys who were polite and kind. They cleaned and made sure everything was good. Besides, they know what they doing despite their age. Now, I'm looking forward to service my unit for summer due to the great professionalism they showed.Awesome job guys.
