I've been having my cars serviced here for 15 yrs. I've never had a problem. My car's have always been fixed, The prices always fair and they stand behind they're work. I always recommend people to go to J& L.

Called to inquire about breaks after my questions were answered, I was trying to say I’ll be down the next day being I no longer live in Bridgeport & the person just hung up in my face which was extremely rude ! so they will not be getting my service. I’m big on good customer service , I work too hard for my money.

Wow! My daughter was referred by a friend, she made an appointment to drop her Car in the am., Mom and me took her car 8am., Red Flags all around the yard and inside the office, have Cars in the yard you could believe, that in my book is bad knowingly so many Cars waiting to be fix. Is Bad

I just went there for a checking because my check engine light turned on, and well first of all the owner or whatever he is mean and impolite, and i noticed that they scratched my car i don’t even know how they did that. Crazy honestly

The owner is a liar a cheat and a thief his name is CHICO paid him to do a job on car gave him the parts to put in car he lied and said he did it I went to another guy and he told me no work was done I went back to this man he actually handed my parts back to me AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK HE TREATS HIS KIND WELL AND MISTREATS PEOPLE OF COLOR THE MAN IS NO GOOD SHOP IS NO GOOD DO NOT BRING CAR HERE I HAVE HIM ON TAPE LYING AND HAVE TO TAKE HIM TO COURT FOR MY MONEY…NEVER COME HERE !!!
