I called and made an appointment for a fill and pedicure both with gel polish. The 2 stars are for the woman who did my pedicure. But the lady who did my nails was a Spanish woman who sat 3 tables down in the left side. She was terrible ! She was rude and rough.
When I was done with my pedicure I sat back down at the front for about 15 mins while the girl who did my nails sat there on her phone cleaning her phone and just not doing anything. The Asian woman came over and I guess asked her to do my nails and she gave me a dirty look.
The lady doing my nails filed my nails with 8 different attachments of 2 different electric filing guns. I have never seen anyone use so many different one. She seemed as if she had NO idea what she was doing and come to find out she didn’t. Every nail is a different rounded shape. She had to repair one of my nails which she did wrong and while fixing it I told her that nail is still cracked and she just filed it again and put more clear coat over it. But obviously it didn’t work and it is still cracked. It looks like a child did them.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
It seems as if the owner is very good and some people there are just Terrible.
I only way I would go back is to have the owner fix my nails for free.

Absolutely terrible. I went in as a first time customer for a gel mani and pedi. The lady did my feet was so rough and rushing that she cutt the back of my feet deeply I have skin missing and was bleeding the whole time. The woman who did my nails was very nice but look at the work. Would never recommend or go back

These are my nails a week after getting them done. I went in for a new set— acrylic was poured all over my cuticles & nails seem to be lifting and look terrible. I am not one to complain as I am fairly simple with nails & do not get them done often. However I am disappointed & will not return.

I have been going to this nail salon for years and never have I ever had my nails look as bad as they do. Tim rushed through my nails because he was annoyed with this lady that came in and brought three of her grandkids without making an appointment, he rushed through my nails, through the gel on my nails and now my nails are crooked and bumpy I’m so disappointed then I got my toes done and it looks like a kindergartener did my toes I spent so much money just for this. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed.

Be thankful for Tim, cause the rest are useless especially when it comes to anything other than a pedicure. They probably should just do feet! None of them can do a full set or work good with acrylic except Tim. It’s sad. And I’ve been going for years. The one time I allowed someone else(Mary) besides Tim touch my nails, they fxcked it up BIG TIME! Four crooked nails and all uneven. Then they start talking about you when you try to correct them! Thank you, I’ll be going somewhere else now or continue to let ONLY Tim touch my nails!!!Services: Acrylic nails
