i came here and returned a pic of clothing. And the told my that they don’t do cash or gift card refund . That everything is store credit So a few weeks later i went to buy something at a different location store they told me that i didn’t have store credit. I told them how when they had told me i did we printed out my refund receipt and it said gift card refund when they said they don’t do gift card refund ?? i never received a gift card or anything so now they basically stole my money and
Supposedly The store manager was the one that did my refund 😡😡😡 Manager name maria W. Employee #911182 horrible 😤 never coming back

I visited Madrag Store #630021 at 118 Boston Ave, Bridgeport, CT on 6/12/25 and spent $96.69. When I got home, I noticed a hole in one of the dresses I bought. I returned the next day to exchange it, but the assistant manager, Star, accused me of causing the damage myself. I explained that I only cut the tags off with scissors and the hole wasn’t near the tag, but she refused to accept the return or even offer store credit.
She was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. I asked to speak with the store manager, Sarah, but nothing was resolved. I’ve spent hundreds at this store over time, but after this, I won’t be coming back.
On top of that, the store is disorganized — people yelling, employees gossiping, items mislabeled with wrong prices. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had

I went to return something in madrag and I was refused to make a return after I gave my phone number and email when I purchased the item just in case you don’t have a receipt and now they’re saying that I’m not in the system what is the point of giving your information to return things and now all of a sudden you’re not in the system I will no longer shop at madrag

Thank goodness for new management. I’m not greeted at the door ( nice Spanish women ) . There were two cashiers when I went . Only thing is there needs to be someone at the fitting room . Customers shouldn’t have to wait until a customer is ran out to try something on . Other than that fashion is trendy and up to par .

HORRIBLE REGISTER SERVICE
It is always slow or only 1 person at the cash register when it’s a full line of people waiting to cash out, the workers are working around folding clothes that are neat already when more people should be behind the register
